For us election integrity connoisseurs…Wow, right!? Not really…sadly, we knew it was coming.

Bottom line up front for the “it’s too long I didn’t read it” crowd…
DHS and CISA have become weaponized federal agencies that censored Americans over "the safest most secure election in history" and the Covid scamdemic. DHS and CISA collaborated with the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) and big-tech, along with non-governmental organizations in their censorship efforts.
For 2024, our election officials are being conditioned to fear the people, and now the states are passing laws to “protect” them.
CISA officials have handed out training to auditors/election clerks on how to deal with radical “election deniers.” Now, a nationwide effort is being coordinated to bring legislation to dissuade the public from participating for fear of committing a crime. Our South Dakota Secretary of State, Monae Johnson, is being used as a tool by this weaponized government.
A little walk-through history...
Back in October 2023 we told you about the South Dakota SOS office holding auditor training and the rhetoric was that those seeking truth and transparency related to our election processes are dangerous, to say the least. You can refresh your memory in full with the entire write-up HERE. Seriously, PLEASE reread that article, it will leave you speechless! This is a small excerpt to help set the stage:
Last week, October 18-19, the Secretary of State’s office held their auditor training in Pierre. The indoctrination session started off with South Dakota Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) warning the auditors that the biggest danger to elections and our democracy is, yep, you guessed it, THE PEOPLE. The pre-2024 election rhetoric is heating up …….
Monae Johnson’s office stated in the last Board of Elections meeting that they would be prioritizing legislation to “protect poll-workers”. Really? In South Dakota? There are NO documented incidents in South Dakota of a single threat to poll workers, yet Monae Johnson finds this a PRIORITY?
A couple of short weeks later during the first week in November 2023, we hit you with the Tsunami of Truth that came out in a final report that CISA was ground zero for ordering the censorship of American citizens.
The Committee on the Judiciary and the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government released the bombshell report found HERE. We really encourage you to read the full report. It is alarming.
Rep, Jim Jordan released a damning thread on X where he details the abuse of DHS and CISA HERE.
Similar versions of this bill have popped up in multiple states this legislative season including Indiana Senate Bill 170, and a Massachusetts bill HERE. And here is an interesting read from a group in Nebraska on the topic:
The problem is SB20 directly goes against protections of free speech, and the 1st, 5th, and 14th Amendments. Interference in our elections is already a crime. We don’t need another protected class of citizens. We have a right to petition our government and FREE SPEECH is paramount and very clearly reverent and esteemed in both the US Constitution and the SD State Constitution. This bill is also attempting to further limit transparency.
Further, this bill doesn't pass the vagueness doctrine, a constitutional rule that requires criminal laws to state explicitly and definitely what conduct is punishable. Who gets to define what is a threat or what is considered intimidating? Who is the arbiter of truth?
There are poll watchers in South Dakota who reported being physically pushed out of rooms during past elections. Yankton County attempted to count the ballots behind closed doors, so the poll watchers called the Sheriff. SD Canvassing provided election training so poll watchers were armed with the law and were able to help ensure it was being followed correctly, much to the surprise of thankful poll workers.
Our government, via DHS/CISA has already been PROVEN to have censored us, spied on us and trampled the Constitution, but now they want to find a reason to charge us with crimes to keep us from participating in the election process and questioning the officials.
In the Senate State Affairs Committee hearing on SB20, Deputy Secretary of State Tom Deadrick embarrassed himself with a proponent testimony using information from The Brennan Center for Justice.
THIS GUY (a loooong time South Dakota government official) ...quoted THE BRENNAN CENTER FOR JUSTICE. The same Brennan Center which supports and is funded in part by none other than George Soros.
Really sit with this for a minute. Our Deputy SOS, used information from The Brennan Center in his proponent testimony today. The Brennan Center that is bought and paid for by George Soros.
You can view supporting articles on Soros funding HERE and HERE.
Deadrick spoke to the committee using information right out of The Brennan Center “Voter Intimidation and Election Worker Intimidation Resource Guide” which can be viewed HERE.
Following his testimony he told the committee that he couldn't answer any questions.
Excuse us?
He also told the committee that there have been NO documented instances of election worker intimidation.
Why are we even doing this then?
Monae Johnson is not only being used by CISA as their stooge to further screw over the American People, she is also being controlled and embarrassed by her own deputy. There was no proponent testimony other than from the bumbling Deputy Diedrick. All opponent testimony came from those who campaigned for Johnson.
This bill passed 9-0 out of Schoenbeck’s own weaponized Senate State Affairs Committee and is headed to the Senate floor today. Reach out to your Representatives and demand a NO vote on this terrible, weaponized bill that directly assaults the American people.

It is clear that the election officials in this state consider questions as threatening. ES&S considers questions threatening. CISA considers Trump supporters and Mike Lindell as inside threats. Are we going to make asking questions illegal now?
Criminal Defense lawyer Cash Anderson testified in committee with concerns relating to the breadth of this bill. He said "This is a tool to stack criminal threats against defendants!"
Cash Anderson is right on the money. SB20 a tool being used to threaten and intimidate SD citizens in an attempt to stifle free speech and local oversight.
I am in another state, but I am sure it is relevant to all 50. Thanks for info
Talk about a "Vagueness Doctrine"!
SD Canvassing strikes another blow for the citizens by asking these pertinent and unanswered questions. The problem is in the first sentence..."Any person who, directly or INDIRECTLY, utters or addresses any threat......" Now is that a 'witnessed' or "She said- she said!" accusation? This sounds eerily like a modified RED FLAG law!!! GUILTY!....until proved innocent!!!
Let's see who's on this Senate State Affairs Committee: Schoenbeck, Wheeler, Nesiba, Duhamel, Tobin, Rohl, Crabtree, Davis and Diedrich - who was excused on this vote.
Ironically, and maybe not surprisingly, all of the above, except Diedrich, were involved either directly, or indirectly with last session's Kangaroo Court called the Senate Select Committee on Discipline and Expulsion.
Thanks SD Canvassing and keep up your great work!
