The Dam is Breaking..... and Serbia?
The dam that big tech, the mockingbird media, CISA, DHS, DOJ, FB! and the C!A built, which has kept the flow of true information behind the iron curtain of tyranny, is breaking.
There’s no going back. The foundation is broken, the walls are crumbling, and there is nothing left but to tear it down. The truth is pouring out and the torrent of true information is flooding America.
The Lindell team, led by Kurt Olsen, filed a Writ of Certiorari with the Supreme Court in the Lake and Finchem v. Fontes case. Olsen laid out new evidence obtained by their legal team. First, Arizona used altered software in 2020 and 2022, which was not certified by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC), which is illegal to use in an election. Second, there was no logic and accuracy testing performed on the machines actually used in the elections. (required by law) They only tested five spare machines, not the machines used in the election. And the big one is this: the master encryption keys to the software have been left open on the database in plain text for anyone to see. That means, anyone who can get past a windows login has full, untraceable access to alter any of the election data. This is equivalent to hanging your keys next to the outside of your front door for thieves to use to break into your house. How about that for safe and secure?? More explosive evidence out of Michigan was revealed by Sheriff Dar Leaf in a letter to Jim Jordan demanding Congress investigate Dominion’s connections to Serbia. Read the letter HERE. Sheriff Leaf and Atty Stephanie Lambert uncovered internal emails confirming foreign nationals were programming Dominion software and accessed computers during the election! You can read all the Dominion Files HERE. Using foreign nationals to program American election software violates all CISA security requirements, and probably the contracts themselves. Looks like Mike Lindell was right all along.
The deep state immediately made a predictable and illegal move to arrest Atty Stephanie Lambert. This is typical behavior of a communist regime who punishes dissent with force. Other news of the week shows Google interfered in elections 41 times.
Dan Schneider, MRC’s Free Speech America vide president, and Gabriela Pariseau, editor, said in a summary, “MRC researchers have found 41 times where Google interfered in elections over the last 16 years, and its impact has surged dramatically, making it evermore harmful to democracy. In every case, Google harmed the candidates – regardless of party – who threatened its left-wing candidate of choice.”

CISA discovered that it was hacked last month and was forced to take two key computer systems offline, according to CNN. One system was responsible for sharing cyber and physical security assessment tools between federal, state, and local officials. The other holds security assessment information on chemical facilities.
Remember - CISA is the government agency charged with “securing” (surveilling) our elections.
As the Congressional Committee on the Judiciary continues to investigate the illegal and unconstitutional actions of CISA, a division of DHS, who farms out it’s illegal actions to the NGO CIS, Jim Jordan sent a letter to CISA demanding documentation of it’s new partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of State in preparation for the 2024 election. Read HERE. As Pennsylvania dubs this partnership as security for accurate elections, Jordan and the rest of us know what this really means.
“The Committee on the Judiciary is conducting oversight of how and to what extent the Executive Branch has coerced or colluded with companies and other intermediaries to censor lawful speech,” the letter reads. “In light of recent public reporting that the [CISA] has partnered with at least one state government in a way that may target Americans’ speech online in the lead-up to the upcoming 2024 election, we write to notify you that documents about such partnerships are responsive to the Committee’s April 28, 2023 subpoena.”
“The reporting about a partnership between CISA and the Pennsylvania Election Threats Task Force reinforces concerns that CISA is again partnering with third parties in a way that will censor or chill Americans’ speech,” Jordan wrote.
“The government’s involvement in this type of speech is particularly alarming because, as the Supreme Court has recognized, ‘the importance of First Amendment protections is at its zenith’ for ‘core political speech,'” the letter continued.
Shapiro said the task force would “combat misinformation” but CISA, the DHS subagency which congressional Republicans have called the “nerve center” of federal censorship, has a history of targeting Americans and their free speech by smearing it as “misinformation” or “malformation.” CISA defines “malinformation” as anything “based on fact, but used out of context to mislead, harm, or manipulate.”
In other words, CISA has censored Americans for stating true information.
Does CISA have control over South Dakota? ABSOLUTELY! Next time you hear your local election official or the Secretary of State or the local media use the words mis, dis or mal information, you know they are properly indoctrinated agents of the deep state.

Rick demonstrated in the Brookings County Commission Meeting that he has a copy of the hard drive that our county EMS systems use…. He replicated it, hacked it, showed that the passwords are publicly available on the internet (confirmed by the Sheriff), revealed that it's antivirus hasn't been updated since 2019, and showed it is seriously at risk and the zombies just sat there like zombies. Locally, Gregory County Commission rescinded their 4-1 vote to hand count the 2024 elections. The 3-20-24 agenda listed a resolution that read like this:
Sounds great right? But the resolution posted on the agenda was not even read, after coming out of executive session having discussed the agenda item, the commission reversed their 4-1 prior vote to hand count the 2024 elections. It is apparent the deep state of South Dakota have been busy convincing the State’s Attorneys and Auditors that hand counting is illegal. We can assure you hand counting is NOT illegal. But the powers that be will do anything to keep the (S)election apparatus in place, no matter what.
So now - McPherson County put off their vote until April 2, and Gregory County April 3. Why? There is a rumor going around that the Will Mortenson, Rebecca Reimer, Tom Diedrick, Casey Crabtree gang may be resurrecting the unconstitutional HB1140 on Veto Day. It sure seems there is something going on in the background that they are preparing for. If you can at all be in Pierre on Monday, March 25 or are planning to go for the SB201 referendum, please lobby against HB1140!
The majority of the 35+ people that showed up for the Gregory County Commission meeting were pro hand counting. The 60+ people that showed up for the hand count demo last evening were pro hand counting. Anyone that has the slightest idea of what is happening to our vote is pro hand counting. The rest of the protesting is spoken out of self defense b/c of ignorance of the subject matter, or the regime puppets desperately trying to maintain control.
As the flood of information continues to pour out with rock solid proof our elections are not secure, and us election deniers have been right since Nov 4, 2020, even the liberal media has to admit we are winning the information war.
VICTORY: New York Times Declares MAGA is ‘Winning The War’ Over Election Fraud Narrative
The New York Times has published a feature article complaining about how Donald Trump and his movement are “winning the war over disinformation,” another of way of saying that Americans still believe the 2020 presidential election was stolen.
The piece begins by noting that conservatives have “unquestionably prevailed” in their efforts to expose the censorship of the liberal establishment and the widespread evidence of voter fraud that continues to taint American politics.
We heard of a SDCG volunteer who drove to Pierre this week to make sure every single (elected) official received a copy of Sheriff Dar Leaf’s letter, the Writ of Certiorari filed with the Supreme Court, along with other evidence. How awesome is that? We are always so encouraged to hear of you all out there who are doing something! What have you done this week to help make sure that dam hiding the truth completely crumbles?
UPDATE ON CVR CASE: our court date has been rescheduled as the judge on our case has been reassigned. There is no explanation for this, but we continue on in preparation for the hearing. Please pray for this case - as we’ve waited a very long time for this, and we believe that if there is such thing as truth and justice, we will prevail.

Also became a precinct committee member this morning!
I was also informed this morning which you already may have known is that 12 lawyers have been asked to take on the petition law breaking in Lawrence County, and all have refused!
