Public Pressure Forces County Action
and a compilation of Minnehaha County Stand Off articles and videos
FIRST - we want to tell you that the public pressure ripped through Minnehaha County! The IT Department felt the heat and FINALLY agreed to hand over the Election Management System laptop to the auditor. They weren’t very happy about the words used, but it doesn’t matter. We got results and they did the right thing. It’s too bad the right thing isn’t done when they think no one’s watching. We ARE watching!
The events of this week have proven that South Dakota isn’t immune from the national level election issues. There’s no such thing as the “gold standard” in your county.
ES&S has the market share on election machines across the country, and they are the only machine vendor certified for use in the South Dakota. You’d have to be completely ignorant to think that election fraud only happened across a state border and that somehow we are safe here. (Like Monae Johnson and crew are telling you, along with entire Association of County Officials. ) (SDACO) Save only a few that can still independently think for themselves.
We keep hearing that no one has proven election fraud here. That’s because every county in the state has colluded to HIDE THE EVIDENCE needed to prove fraud. That just really screams trustworthy, doesn’t it???
The video of the meeting is being shared everywhere. If you haven’t watched it - it’s worth it.
Then Rick Weible added a very informative narrative at the beginning and posted it on his YouTube Channel. You can find that HERE.
Mike Lindell caught wind of the news, and promptly gave Rick the full hour on his show to explain what happened.
In the meantime, our multi-state network picked up on it and started shooting out articles to everyone in their reach.
And yesterday, Clay Parikh, CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional, CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker, CHFI - Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator, commented on the situation. Clay Parikh is a former employee of the election machine testing labs Wyle Laboratories and Pro V&V. Mr. Parikh is very outspoken on the vulnerabilities of the machines and has served as an expert witness in many court cases. He actually tested these fraud machines and he will tell you, the ES&S machines HAVE TO GO!
Mr. Parikh also lists above the collusion between the machine vendors, the EAC, (and their selected testing labs) CISA, and the FEDS! Which is what we have been sharing with you regularly now.
Our SOS partners with BPro and ES&S, who partner with CISA, CIS, EAC, EI-ISAC, EIP, who are under the control of the DHS, FBI and CIA. Which, in short, is one huge national election rigging system.
The fact that an employee of ES&S dared to lay hands on one of our election officials is enough to get them barred from doing business in the state. But even more, they’ve perpetrated lies about the audit trail for years, intentionally don’t train auditors on how to audit their elections, and have the audacity to withhold promised comprehensive training while simultaneously attempting to intimidate Minnehaha and manipulate the situation by claiming THEY FELT THREATENED.
We’ve got news for you ES&S. Your questionable business practices, unverified black box tabulators, stacks of denials for public records upon your advice, and stranglehold on the election system is coming to and end in South Dakota soon. Those of you running cover for them are going to be out of a job soon. The people have had enough of secret elections, lies and collusion with a weaponized government.
Here’s the takeaways from the meeting:
1. Minnehaha County Auditor and entire staff have not been trained on how to use ES&S machines, software, or election reporting system. (Or any county in SD)
2. ES&S paid staff come to Minnehaha County to run the electronic computerized tabulators during an election. (They also come to some of your counties such as Lincoln and Pennington.)
3. Leah Anderson requested comprehensive training on audit logs, CVRs, the Election Management System, ballot design and programming, etc.
4. ES&S promised the training during the June 16, 2023 meeting at ES&S headquarters.
5. ES&S employees were asked questions about the CVR’s, audit logs, modems, and security during an auditor training conference in Pierre.
6. ES&S employees then claimed to feel threatened by the questioning and cancelled the promised training in Minnehaha County.
7. ES&S executives then scheduled a mandatory meeting with 9 execs, six SOS office employees, and invited all the Minnehaha County Commissioners, which they demanded must be held before they would agree to reschedule the cancelled training. This is an obvious attempt to intimidate Minnehaha County back into submission.
8. ES&S admits they do not train election officials on Audit Logs and Cast Vote Records, or other election auditing reports and capability.
9. ES&S uses their selected independent testing labs, but will not allow any machine to be tested by the state or counties independent cyber experts. ES&S does not allow for a forensic audit of the machines. ES&S urges all election officials to believe their talking points without backing it up with transparency and proof.
10. Minnehaha County election equipment chain of custody has been violated. Equipment has been stored in locations such as a mail room where unknown number of county employees have access to the machines. Every piece of equipment needs to be audited for security purposes.
11. Minnehaha County IT Department has the Election Management Computer stored in their department, and to this date will not hand it over to the Minnehaha County Auditor. This is the computer needed to access the audit logs, cast vote records and other election management tools.
12. The Secretary of State was noticeably absent from the conversation and said nothing to encourage transparency, full training for all auditors, providing the necessary equipment and software for all counties to produce the above reports required by EAC for running an election. The Secretary of State and her staff have put up every roadblock possible for the Minnehaha County Auditor to succeed.
13. It does not take nine ES&S execs to answer two questions from election officials. And these questions could have easily been addressed in a training session where ES&S could have demonstrated the answers to their questions.
14. ES&S is not to be trusted, is attempting to run roughshod over elected officials and the people of Minnehaha County, and their contract should be cancelled immediately as they are not upholding their end of the contract.
15. South Dakota does not have end to end audits, understand how the machines work, no access to the source code, no testing through validation of ballot images, cast vote records, or audit logs, or any reports to verify the machine programming.
Hand Counting does not require this circus act to count our ballots.
Hand Counting is transparent, inexpensive, auditable, public, easy, secure and MUST BE DONE in order to save our country. Plan to attend a training session after the holidays!

Thank you for making these things known!!!!! I'm contemplating the wording for a Notice Of Tort Claim against the home county (& maybe city) of ES&S where I live. They violate my constitutional right to secrecy of my vote when they allow anyone I don't approve of (nor trust in this case) to determine my intent of my votes. I can only file such a claim against the state if the remedy is purely monetary, which this would not be. Therefore, the state will have to be taken to court, something way beyond me.
ES&S is finished thanks to these efforts! Only a matter of time now...
