Today was yet another fine example of just how tyrannical our local county commissions have become. Watch the video below of the explosive meeting where the peasants have had enough.
The arrogant Joe Kippley couldn’t help himself today as he came to the meeting fully prepared to shred Auditor Leah Anderson during the yearly salary review for department heads. You’ll remember from our prior articles, (HERE) and (HERE) the commission chair, Jean Bender, set Leah’s salary $50,000 less than the outgoing prior auditor, that they appointed. They didn’t want or expect her to win.
Anderson was told by Bender last year that if she wanted a raise, she should come to them and ask for one. So two weeks ago, Anderson laid out all of the prior resolutions, the changes in the wording they adjust to fit the situation, and the salary matrix used in calculations. The commission resolution said they wanted to be sure department heads were making more than their deputies. (Other than Anderson, whose wage is $30K below her deputy.)
Prior to that, in the September 26th commission meeting, Anderson presented the ES&S contract to the commission for approval. Apparently they were caught off guard when she told them the state’s attorney told her the “governing body” is the commission, and she was told she doesn’t have the authority to decide how to run her own elections. Kippley calls Anderson a “Pontius Pilate” and Bender says “You’re very conveniently not (the governing body) today.” Guess the state’s attorney forgot to tell them they did a 180 on their interpretation of the law. It’s hard to keep your story straight when you’re lying all the time.
12-17B-3. Authority of governing body to adopt, experiment with or abandon system. Any governing body having supervision of elections within any political subdivision may adopt, experiment with, or abandon any automatic tabulating or electronic ballot marking system approved for use by the State Board of Elections. Any governing body may use the system in all or some of the precincts within its jurisdiction or in combination with any other type of voting system approved for use by the State Board of Elections.
In between there, the meeting called by ES&S to “address questions” raised by Anderson and her Election Coordinator happened. The video of the meeting that was seen around the country really ticked off the establishment election cartel. The hit pieces from the mockingbird media ensued.
“Minnehaha County auditor responds to criticism of her comments on county's voting system" hit the Argus Leader this week, where Anderson was at least offered a chance for rebuttal.
Today, it was obvious by Jean Bender’s body language, they were fully prepared to attack Leah Anderson as Bender got ahead of herself wanting Kippley to unleash his tirade before public comment. (See video evidence above)
Kippley proceeded to spew his impatience for election deniers, conspiracy theories, sore losers. He said Anderson was an embarrassment to the county and warned other offices that if (they dare step out of line) this is what kind of retribution they would be subject to. He accused her of “burning the institution down from within” and then recommended that all other department heads be given a 7.5% raise, but wanted Anderson’s salary frozen with a ZERO% raise. (This is when the audience gasps)
This new commissioner is a Sanford goon with big money behind him and personal interests in the Fairgrounds issue with Knife River and the CO2 pipeline. Those in Minnehaha County know how he intentionally ripped the setback ordinance to shreds that had just been set by planning and zoning in a community meeting that went to nearly midnight. Kippley works for big money, big business, big Sanford hospital health system that owns the South Dakota Legislature, the Green New Deal 30X30 Carbon Net Zero, Climate Scamming, Land Grabbing, World Economic Forum agenda, and obviously owes his allegiance to the election machine cartel that has allowed the systematic destruction of our country for years. History, and God, will judge him accordingly.
This was Leah’s swearing in ceremony:
The judge said he had never seen that many people at a swearing in ceremony before.
Joe Kippley (and Jean Bender) needs to revisit the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Joe Kippley is a Lee Schoenbeck kind of “Republican.” Joe Kippley needs to hear from you.

I just love reading this. The beginning of the turnaround! Let's go! Many of these people have never faced opposition that knows the constitution, the bill of rights, and can speak in their language... The way it looks to me is the wins keep stacking up for SD Canvassing.
