Awesome crowd for this! As we've now heard, another China Balloon has been fluttering across the western US and of course nothing is being done about it. While China, Russia, Iran and the US constantly hit each other with cyber-attacks. My prediction and opinion is that China is testing the waters with these balloons and eventually will attach EMP devices to them to take out whole power grids.
