Got a mailer supporting constitutional amendment H. It had pics of people in military garb with duct tape over their mouths. It claimed "THOUSANDS of SD Veterans and 140,000 Independents" aren't able to participate "FULLY" in the political process...it goes on "PROTECT VETERAN VOTERS". it's from a lobby in Virginia.
