Wednesday Lineup - time to act
And good news update!
Awesome lineup of election related bills for action for Wednesday.
Do you want the CAST VOTE RECORDS from the black box vote counting computers? Did you have your requests unlawfully denied like we did? SB104 will make them public record.
Would you like to see Election Day as a Holiday? Support SB105
HB1103 would push the voter registration deadline to 30 days before the election, rather than current 15 day deadline. This would be consistent with the 30 day residency requirement.
HB1104 would standardize ballot paper and format requirements to help prevent photo copied ballots or non-standard paper types.
Please email the committee ASAP to submit for online testimony. Those requests need to be in 24 hrs in advance OR submit written testimony no later than Tuesday afternoon.
ON DECK FOR WEDNESDAY:
SB 104 provide for the publication of the cast vote record of automatic tabulating equipment and to make an appropriation therefor.
