VERY powerful! Winning on so many levels. We knew the truth would find a way. Patience and persistence are paying off, along with total faith in God that He put us together for a reason and placed us on the right path together.

Those in power do everything possible to stay in power: that applies to individuals and to political cliques. Most people are too busy on the dailies to notice until things get bad for them personally. Combine that reality for most with human nature's tendency to inertia, and we have some reasons why it's been difficult to get this important, systemic issue corrected. I continue to suggest that election days should be holidays and the voting process celebrated as an exercise in liberty, of government by and for the people. Hand counting of paper ballots should be part of that and easy to get done if election day is a holiday. Greater civil involvement in the election process would likely get more of us engaged in the political process the rest of the year, too. Not fixing this problem justly, with transparency, can only lead to violent consequences for us in this age, as it has in ages past.
