Hello Friends -
It’s been a very busy and very active couple of weeks. Here’s a high level weekend update of what has been going on.
About 1/3 of the state so far has people out circulating petitions for a County Ordinance to ban tabulating machines. We have updated our website and you can find everything you need to know along with two options for petitions HERE.
There is a new dedicated email address for the petition effort: petitionsSD@proton.me. Nichole Braithwait is heading this up.
As we’ve said before, our group did not come up with the petition idea, draft any petitions, nor are we circulating petitions. Motivated individuals from Butte and Lawrence counties came up with this idea and are in charge of this effort. Our group is happy to support anyone who is willing to DO SOMETHING, so we offered a dedicated page on our website, and help reaching the masses with our Substack and social media. The response to this effort has been absolutely amazing, so kudos to you all! This is what winning looks like!
Immediately after the Lawrence County team turned in their petitions, Sen. Casey Crabtree hog-housed HB1140 with Amendment 1140D , intentionally brought to hamstring the Hand Count movement! This will limit County Commissions that want to vote to change the conduct of the elections to only the first meeting of the year. It will also allow the Commission (State’s Attorney) to declare the petition unconstitutional so they can throw it out and the citizens would have to appeal in court. So essentially - we don’t like this, it’s unconstitutional, now take it to court and we will lawfare you to death while we spend your money on lawsuits against you. Sound familiar??? Kinda like CVR’s DON’T EXIST?
The amendment dropped Thursday morning in committee, yet there were three lobbyists there ready to testify in support of this amendment. How did the lobbyists have such a quick turnaround? The SD Association of County Commissioners stated they needed to address this problem that just popped up. You can listen to the hearing HERE. (last 8 minutes of committee)
SDACO = local association of government propaganda and indoctrination training fed down from NACO = national government propaganda and indoctrination training group of the most compliant, brainwashed and obedient sheep.
Once citizens caught wind of this, the outrage was obvious. Please contact your legislators and ask them to KILL HB1140!
As some of you may have heard, a group of women walking into the Capitol for the Hand Count Demo heard Sen. Lee Schoenbeck shout out behind them “I should have brought my shotgun!” In light of SB20 we were wondering if Mr. Schoenbeck’s threat would be considered directly or indirectly uttered or addressed? If we were to say something like that to a legislator, we would be handcuffed and thrown in jail with questions asked later. Again, who is harassing whom here? Yet another example of Mr. Schoenbeck’s unchecked offensive behavior.
Reggie Rhoden is no longer employed at the Meade County Auditor’s Office after his threats were made to a citizen for asking questions. After being fired, he got a cush job at the SDGOP! Another reason to never donate any money to the SDGOP.

Meade County patriots have been attending commission meetings long enough for the conflict to come to a head there too. Tuesday, Feb 27th’s meeting became a bit contentious when commissioners went on the defensive when eight citizens showed up to share their distrust of electronic tabulating computers, while simultaneously requesting a special meeting. Commissioners interrupted repeatedly, and then complained about how long public comment time took. You can watch the video HERE. The Chair mentioned he’s “been told” to reduce public comment time and follow Minnehaha and Lincoln Counties lead. You’ll remember last year they cut comment time and moved it from the beginning of the meeting to the end in response to citizen engagement. Meade Co resident James Gingras summed it up: “This is going to happen, whether you want it or not.”
Davison County Auditor Susan Keipke was an overnight sensation when her propaganda piece in a NACO newsletter hit the local fake news media. Susan stressed how harassed she feels when people come to the commission meeting to air their distrust of the machines. She feels so threatened that she has requested law enforcement at every commission meeting and every polling place this year. Susan is a good student of the deep state, unconstitutional, weaponized federal agency rhetoric she learns in SDACO and NACO meetings, along with DHS/CISA/ES&S/Bpro messaging in auditor training sessions in Pierre.
Davison County residents - Susan is aligning herself with a weaponized federal agency that colluded to cover up 2020, censored the American people with Big Tech in violation of the U.S. Constitution, is ramping up their weaponized messaging against the people for 2024, as is preparing to steal the presidential election, again! Read our most recent article on this HERE. And if you haven’t already watched Mike Benz on Tucker - WATCH THIS VIDEO.
Who funds Susan’s paycheck? Who’s money keeps the lights on at her office? Who’s money is being wasted on machines Susan hasn’t been fully trained on, nor knows how to audit? Oh that’s right, it’s the people she is trying to intimidate with law enforcement - that their money pays for also!
Here’s Susan’s claim to fame:
One interesting tidbit from 2012. Susan was convinced the ES&S tabulators in her county were at fault for a counting error in a Davison Co election. Jason Gant threw her under the bus, while Susan claimed “I still believe the machine had a glitch.”
After years of shoveling “the safest and most secure election in history” narrative, the Feds have now changed their approach to:
“They’re going to Attack our Elections … all of them. The local & national elections. Officials, even locally, are being warned to prepare for Cyber Attacks.”
And in Pennsylvania:
If you don’t already follow Mike Benz we suggest checking out his social media and website. The expansive knowledge he has of the professional CI@ election rigging apparatus is astounding. Our own government perfected the theft of many a national election and has now turned that apparatus loose on American soil. Study up, keep your eyes open, and be ready to take a stand now. As the old saying goes, speak now or forever hold your peace.

I apologize now for the length of this comment but feel it important. I am glad that I now have the email addresses for all of our representatives and have been busy throwing my comments at them this week between HB1140, SB201 and Mr. Schoenbeck. They are getting to know me quite well!!
Before I go on, I do have a question. The 3 lobbyists in favor of HB1140D, do we have their names? For some reason I can't help but feel that Julie Johnson might be one of those lobbyists! She is the Chair of the Edmunds County GOP group and I've had correspondence with her regarding getting in with the group but she is not very receptive or welcoming! That is another battle started!
My first email to the representatives put Mr. Schoenbeck on the hot seat in regard to the comment he made about the shotgun. I was very surprised when he responded so quickly. It went like this.
ME: Hello all,
Representative Schoenbeck, would you care to explain to everyone here what your comment behind constituents, "I should have brought my shotgun" was all about? Was it directed to the citizens that were there for the Hand Count Demo?
In regard to the ridiculous SB20 bill floating around Pierre that would charge a person with a misdemeanor for "intimidating an election official" (bogus bill as it's unclear and generalistic) can we regard your comments as a threat to citizens or just intimidation?
If this is the sentiments in Pierre about constituents, which might not be too farfetched with some of these bills, (SB201 comes to mind) then "Houston, we have a major problem".
MR SCHOENBECK: What r I talking about?? I wasn’t at that event, and I made no such comment. Why r u lying?
ME: I didn't say you were at the event. I'm not lying, plenty of witnesses.
Here's what was reported.
So the "Republican" Senate Pro Tem - Lee Schoenbeck shouts behind a group of citizens entering the Capitol for the Hand Count Demo "I should have brought my shotgun."
MR. SCHOENBECK: You’re talking about what I said to Casey Crabtree when a bunch of geese came in about 10 feet over my head. That was awesome. What pets person complained?
ME: Wow, ten feet you say. That is close. I guess the timing for that comment wasn't good at that point.
MR SCHOENBECK: (goes off in a tangent) It was probably 10 yards, but they came right over. If you were laying in a field and called them in like that you’d have goosebumps (pun intended).
There were geese grazing all around on both sides. For an outdoorsman, goose poop on sidewalk aside, those days are uplifting.
I’ve thought about your email. If somebody thought it was about something other than the geese, I feel bad about that. I probably feel in worse about the growing number of people not connected to the outdoors, that wouldn’t see the context. I’m a hunter. Our numbers are dropping. Those of us with hunting dogs are an even faster dropping number.
That bothers me, that we’re getting more citified and less in touch with a lot of what’s great about our state.
ME: Too many people tied to cell phones and living in a bubble as I call it, but I digress.
The context of my original email goes hand in hand with the SB20 bill. We have people, like me very concerned about voter integrity in this state and across the country. It is well known (correct me if I'm wrong) that you don't support getting rid of vote tabulating machines and it has been the Secretary of States mission to screw with our election laws altogether.
When challenged, she introduces SB20 (even though the deputy Secretary of State said there were no reports of election official intimidation) to quiet citizens in this state.
With that said, the irony of your comment at that specific time played heavily into the minds of many citizens that have been harassed and shunned by many Representatives throughout the state about this subject.
The future of our State is being messed with and is at stake and we are watching very closely. We take matters of this magnitude very seriously.
HE NEVER REPLIED FURTHER
I then emailed the representatives in regard to HB1140D and received no replies.
People, People
Here we go again. What is the purpose of the amendments to 12-17B-3, 7-18A-13 and 9-20-4?
When a governing body, like County commissioners don't want to agree with the people that elected them, we have the right to petition their constituents to override their decisions and take it to the citizens for a vote.
You are now concerned about county officials determining state election laws when the Secretary of state 1) isn't following them herself 2) Is doing everything she can to change them.
I think it's high time that the citizens of this state started looking at who is presenting these bills/amendments that subvert the will of the people and start talking about primarying them.
I have also, put a lengthy comment to all of our federal representatives and Governor Noem on Twitter/X.
Some people, most people out there don't believe that representatives read correspondence or take calls. I believe differently. They or their staff do, and it does have some impact. If anything, it makes me feel better!!!
