Stop pissing and moaning and DO what I did ..,, I took the SD Sec of State to task in FRDERAL COURT…. Yes I sued Shantel Krebs, the state of SD and the Republican Party in Federal Court…. Paid the damn $400 and went pro se….. if I can do with it without a damn bit of help then you can too…
Lora... Here are just a few of the things we've done in just the past 6 months far beyond what you suggest.
We've gone to the SD Supreme Court with a Writ of Mandamus Pro Se asking the court to order SOS and County Auditors to remove the fraudulent voters from registration lists. Court declined.
We've reported to Minnehaha Co. Sheriff's Dept the over 10,000 non-residents who've registered to vote in Minnehaha County using PBMs, hotel, other commercial addresses they don't live at as their "Residence Address", which they can be charge with "Perjury" a Felon for doing. They assigned a Detective who took the volumes of data we provided showing these false residents voting in SD June Primary and General 2024 elections. The Sheriff's Dept forwarded this case to County State's Attorney, who forwarded to SD AG Marty Jackley. The AG office gave a one sentence response without explanation of why the officials in that office refused to uphold their oath in this matter. "Decline to prosecute."
Are people in the fight to bring security and see bona fide South Dakotans' votes aren't diluted by fraudulent voters? No!
God willing all that's done in darkness will be brought into the light and Justice will be done! We ask this be done in Jesus' name and through the hard work of so many patriots now understanding the real problems we have with elections right here in South Dakota and making our voices be held, taking action under the law.
