Last week our group went West River to give four presentations, in four days, in four different counties. Everywhere we went people were shocked at the information we presented and so thankful for our efforts to expose the truth. Everyone knows that we have problems with our elections, but most don’t know the extent of the problems we have in South Dakota.
It was great to meet patriots in all those counties who support our efforts and want to be informed. We received hugs and prayers, financial contributions, and encouragement to keep going. We need each of you who hear the facts we present to take that information and work to save the elections in your county.
District 31 State Rep. Mary Fitzgerald attended our presentation in Belle Fourche Friday evening. Kudos to her for attending. She couldn't wait to voice her opinion from the back of the room after the presentation and started out her comments with this: "First of all, I disagree with nearly everything you said." During the part of the presentation on Cast Vote Records she was muttering "they are proprietary, they are proprietary." Sounds like Rep. Fitzgerald has been listening to our other uninformed and ignorant public officials who drink the kool-aid of machine company propaganda. If Rep. Fitzgerald had bothered to stick around afterwards for a discussion on cast vote records, we may have been able to dispel the belief that cast vote records are proprietary and will identify a voter.
UNDERSTAND THIS: If our machines are able to tie a voter to their ballot, they are out of compliance with state law, which mandates a secret ballot, and therefore are illegally disclosing how a voter voted. SO, IF our machines do this, which they don't, then they are illegal and must be brought to the trash heap immediately.
SECONDLY: If the audit trail for our elections is proprietary, this is not an election conducted in a free society, a representative republic. It is a state sponsored communist (s)election. NO election with a hidden audit trail where citizens are sued for asking questions, requesting transparency, and demanding the audit trail will EVER be TRUSTED.
AMERICAN ELECTIONS ARE INTENDED TO BE FREE, FAIR, OPEN, TRANSPARENT, AND AUDITABLE ELECTIONS OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, AND FOR THE PEOPLE. Every time these "elected" officials open their mouths they admit our elections are totally out of the control of the people and have been handed over to an entity (either the government or the machine company) to determine the outcome. THIS IS NOT HOW ELECTIONS ARE RUN IN A FREE COUNTRY!! Paper ballots, hand counted in the precinct, decentralized voter rolls, NO ELECTRONICS, one day voting, military only absentee, state issued PHOTO ID, election day holiday. This is how we save our republic. Without it, our country is lost forever.
UPDATE:
In May of 2022, the Office of Hearing Examiners denied an appeal for public disclosure of the Cast Vote Records. She simply re-wrote the Minnehaha County Deputy State’s Attorney Amy Folsom’s errant decision to deny the requests. She misstated and misapplied sections of the law to fit her decision. That decision has set a precedent for denial of election records for the state, and is why YOU will NEVER receive the AUDIT TRAIL from your county.
Recently, South Dakota Canvassing Group filed public records requests for the Cast Vote Records in Pennington, Minnehaha, Lincoln and Davison Counties. They were denied, as expected. So, the entity filed an appeal to the Hearing Examiner because it is her decision that has blocked our attempts to retrieve the audit trail. Those counties have ten days to respond and then we hope to have a hearing scheduled or a response from the Hearing Examiner either changing her decision, or again, denying our appeal. If the Hearing Examiner denies our appeal for PUBLIC INFORMATION, we will file a lawsuit in court.
If you would like to help support our lawsuit for FREE, FAIR, OPEN, TRANSPARENT, AUDITABLE, AND VERIFIABLE elections, please consider donating here: https://give.cornerstone.cc/sdcanvassing/checkout
We will continue to do everything we can on behalf of the citizen’s of South Dakota, but we MUST return the elections to the people. The third-party for-profit private entities that we have given control of our elections to are not trust worthy and have everything to gain from pay-for-play schemes which have subverted our government. Go now, DO SOMETHING, before it’s too late.
