Back in December we let you know the good news that SDSOS Monae Johnson had hired an Election Cybersecurity Analyst for our not internet connected elections.
SD SOS Kicks off 2024 Disinformation Prevention Campaign is a good one to read if you haven’t already.
Jamie Saint Jean, a Department of Defense understudy, and former DHS Fusion Center intern has been hard at work getting after those nasty election deniers and hand count promoters.
You will remember the viral video of Rick Wieble hacking into an ES&S Election Management System live in a Brookings County Commission Meeting. (hopefully we haven’t forgetten this already. Watch it again and refresh yourself. Nothing has changed.) Shortly after that, Jamie Saint Jean made phone calls to Rick Wieble asking where he got the copy of the EMS and attempted to intimidate him. Rick, however, took a full two hours to school Jamie on HAVA, the EAC, and VVSG, which she was unfamiliar with. Wouldn’t an election cyber expert have the federal law and federal election guidelines memorized?
Rather than look into the security issues of a fully hackable election system, Saint Jean was more interested in investigating that pesky “election integrity expert”. Move along folks, using hackable election systems is totally fine! Nothing to see here!
A few months ago we were forwarded an email that Saint Jean sent to a County Commissioner in regards to his questions. We will share a few of her comments.
Facts that prove vulnerabilities are always out of context or outright false according to CISA. See their guidelines on MDM.
Interesting terminology coming from a cyber expert, wouldn’t you say?
The security flaw is the fact that ES&S has all the user names and passwords for all of our election officials statewide. How do we know that? Because ES&S executives said it out loud in a public meeting in Minnehaha County.
Election conspiracy groups…. 2000 Mules has been debunked. Sure, the thousands of hours of surveillance video of people stuffing piles of ballots in drop boxes across all the “swing states” that came straight from the county governments were staged. And Mark Zuckerberg’s $400 million went to upstanding, ethical NGO’s.
No, there is no attempt to make it seem like there was ballot box stuffing. The point is this: federal and state law require all election records and materials to be preserved and maintained for 22 months following an election. Any failure to preserve the records for the required time period is a crime. Apparently Jamie thinks it’s ok for election officials to purge election records unless there’s a need to review it. OK. Good to know.
But our favorite line in Saint Jean’s email might need no explanation. Just pretty colors at the bottom her signature, no pronouns necessary.
Then, the events of July 13 and July 19, 2024 happened. An assassination attempt on President Donald J. Trump and the worldwide Crowdstrike outage. Both not accidents or random events. If we are lucky, it might not take 60 years to get to the bottom of a presidential assassination attempt this time.
Jamie Saint Jean sent out guidance to the election officials on the recent “high profile” election related events with some advice you may find interesting.
Suggestions for heightened security included focusing on physical security of the building and election equipment. DHS and CISA have advisors willing to do walk throughs to review security plans. That’s great but how is a building walk through going to help cyber vulnerabilities of the centralized, internet connected, Microsoft cloud hosted statewide voter roll and election night reporting system supposedly being protected by Crowdstrike?
The second priority on the list was locking down social media accounts to as “restrictive as possible” so to limit who sees your posts. Really?? This is what our “cyber experts” are recommending to SECURE OUR ELECTIONS?
Is this a joke? At this point we expect total failure, but seriously, this is bad.
Two days ago CISA and the FBI put out a warning that the 2024 election cycle is in danger of cyber attacks.
Cute. “Just so you know.”
Here is a link to the full document telling us what is coming.
And from CISA’s #Protect2024 page:
Back in February we sent you this post that the FBI was warning America’s sheriff’s of “inevitable cyberattacks” on our elections.
Quite a stark contrast to the 2020 narrative of “The safest and most secure election in history.”
It’s pretty safe to say we can expect something to interrupt the election process in November. Our nation is in chaos. The globalist elites will do anything to maintain their power.
Have you learned to hand count yet? Have you held a training in your community?
If not now, when? If not you, then who?
You have the ,"Common Sense " , that Maybe even Patriots have lost - as warned by Ben Franklin ....!
Excellent a must read!
