When all of us were searching for answers on the stolen 2020 election, Captain Keshel stepped onto the battlefield and soon became one of the leading voices in the election integrity movement. As a former military intelligence officer, Keshel used his God given statistical and analytical genius to apply undeniable mathematical logic to the voter roll data and the apparently impossible election night returns. He coined the now widely recognized term “Electile Dysfunction”, which still remains on t-shirts in our closets today.

Keshel has been targeted, persecuted, harassed and smeared publicly on the national stage. Just google his name and see what shows up. He gave up everything to travel the country giving presentations free of charge to grassroots groups because he loves his country, and has always remained loyal to his oath to protect and defend.

Captain K provided detailed precinct mapping nationwide, which several South Dakota counties purchased and the reports are still displayed on our website. He exposed how the census was rigged in his article entitled "The U.S. Census Bureau Stole at Least 16 Electoral Votes and 15 U.S. House Seats” and how states with automatic voter registration systematically turn blue. The event was hosted by the Gold Institute for International Strategy with President Eli Gold, and Chairman Gen. Flynn both in attendance. National leaders including Gen. Flynn, Kari Lake, Seth Keshel, Cleta Mitchell, Marly Hornik, Dr. John Lott, Roger Stone, Dr. Rick Richards, Col. Conrad Reynolds, and Will Huff gave engaging presentations on various topics including voter rolls, media, mail in ballots, civil rights violations and constitutional remedies, electronic machines and a new voter roll auditing tool called ELLY/PSEPHOS for citizens, counties and Secretaries of State. Members of the Trump administration, election experts and grassroots patriots filled out the room.

This event was closed to the media and recordings or videos were not allowed, however Ann VanderSteel, Lindell TV, and Tommy Robinson interviewed attendees after the event and many of them have been posted on social media outlets.

Gen. Flynn kicked off the afternoon reiterating that securing our elections is the most critical issue of our time, simply saying “If we don’t have fair elections, we don’t have a country.” In the interview below, Gen. Flynn exposes the multi-billion dollar election machine industry fraught with a severe level of corruption. He also pointed out that the President’s Oath is the only oath that contains the word “preserve” the constitution, giving the President expanded powers to not just protect, but to preserve our God given rights. Kari Lake, senior advisor for the U.S. Agency for Global Media spoke about the media’s manufactured lies and their role in censorship and narrative seeding for the government in the U.S. and abroad. Kari had two elections stolen from her in Arizona and knows full well the depth of the corruption that goes to the lowest levels of government. For Kari Lake, nothing else matters if we don’t secure our elections. She is certain President Trump understands the emergency, and that he is going to act soon. Discussions revealed investigations in AZ have uncovered billions of dollars of laundered money used to bribe local officials at every level of government.

Captain Seth Keshel gave an overview of his voter roll analysis a great discussion was had on the voter rolls being the key to secure elections, or election theft, whichever way you want to look at it. We need to fix this now, or they rig it permanently!

Support for passing the SAVE Act was discussed and free use of the SAVE database for states to crosscheck their voter rolls for citizens only. At the same time, SB175 was smoked out on the Senate Floor after being killed in Senate State Affairs, which will require documentary proof of citizenship to register to vote. Thank you Senator Carley! Senators Mehlhaff and Perry changed their minds and voted YES on the Senate Floor. Republican senators Deibert, Grove and Kolbeck voted NO. Remember this in June!

Speaking of Republican Senators, how about that John Thune? 90% of Americans want Voter ID and Citizenship to Vote; it’s the people in power that don’t.

“He who makes the rules wins the goals” is a quote shared by Cleta Mitchell. That really spoke to me as we’ve learned and literally seen Bpro/Knowink and ES&S write the rules for our local elections with plausible deniability in mind. And even when they write their own rules, they break them in front of everyone and dare you to sue them, all while the AG’s office looks on.

Marly Hornik spoke on civil rights and constitutional arguments that she has perfected over the years. Marly reminded us that she was a perfectly happy hippy living on her goat farm in New York when God put a call on her life to enter this arena. All of us in that room most likely have a story like that, a calling and a talk with God, which is why we have been able to overcome the persecution and have supernaturally maintained the ability to never quit. Dr. John Lott, whose research will be featured in Cap’t K’s upcoming book, showed us how the United States is an extreme outlier when it comes to mail in absentee voting and Photo ID to vote. Virtually all of Europe has banned absentee voting by mail because of “massive, systemic and organized fraud”. All those European countries and every country in Africa also require citizenship to vote. As President Trump has said: "We are the only country stupid enough to vote by mail.”

Col. Reynolds and Will Huff talked about vulnerable machines, hidden audit trails, and paper ballots. We must return to hand counted paper ballots counted in the precinct on election night. Any election where there is a computer between the vote and the voter cannot be trusted!

Patrick Byrne was in attendance and gave a few interviews found below. Patrick helped fund the operation recruiting high ranking Venezuelan whistleblowers that are now in U.S. custody, and was behind the operation that led to the book Stolen Elections, the Takedown of Democracies Worldwide. The author of that book, Ralph Pezzullo was also in attendance. Patrick feels the urgency of the national security implications of the compromised supply chain and foreign interference, calling for the President to issue a national security emergency and an Executive Order banning mail in ballots and rigged election machines.

Colonel Reynolds and Will Huff hosted former CIA station chief Gary Berntsen and Ralph Pezzullo on the Colonel of Truth podcast recapping the summit and detailing the foreign influence over our rigged elections.

Roger Stone spoke on his experiences and a historical perspective. The room was quiet and attentive all day, but when Roger called out the Republicans as the real problem, the room erupted into applause!

Rasmussen Reports shows 63% of all voters are concerned that electronic voting equipment can change votes via internet connections. Public Trust in our election system is gone. The time for debate is over - President Trump must act now!

The grassroots activists all agreed there isn’t anything else we can do. We have done everything possible at the local and state level to influence officials to return the power back to the People, but they refuse. Action to secure our national critical infrastructure MUST come from the top. Our elections and our votes are being held hostage by private corporations.

Marly Hornik put it perfectly when she said: “Intellectual property rights cannot be over our rights to liberty and a republican form of self government.”

On Tuesday, February 24th, Emerald Robinson reported significant intelligence related to electronic voting machines and declassification of evidence of foreign election interference is coming soon. She also reported media narratives are being circulated ahead of the release. Hmmm, don’t you find the timing of the election summit and the barrage of interviews interesting?

And today, the Washington Post is reporting an Executive Order declaring a national emergency that would unlock extraordinary presidential power over voting is circulating. They claim this is coming from Pro Trump activists working in coordination with the White House.

We may just know some of those dedicated patriots involved with this effort.

Also, President Trump recently instructed intelligence agencies to turn over all election related evidence to Kurt Olsen.

“The president has asked Mr. Olsen to look at intelligence related to the 2020 election and the agency is ensuring that he has the access necessary to do his work,” a CIA official said in an emailed statement.

The Wall Street Journal first reported last year on the hiring of Olsen, saying he was seeking intelligence reports from U.S. spy agencies. Politico first reported that the president had directed intelligence agencies to cooperate with Olsen’s efforts.

Asked about Olsen’s role, a White House official said: “President Trump has the authority to provide access to classified material to individuals as he deems necessary. The entire Trump administration is working together to ensure the integrity of U.S. elections.”

“But here we have a situation where the president is aware that there are foreign interests that are interfering in our election processes,” Ticktin went on. “That causes a national emergency where the president has to be able to deal with it.””

It is quite interesting that this article refers to the 2018 Presidential Executive Order 13848; Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election.

Mark Mitchell of Rasmussen Reports was on the original roster for the Election Summit, but had to withdraw last minute. We know he’s had a personal meeting with the President. If you want to know what’s going on, we suggest following their X channel.

Time will tell if we finally see public disclosure of the 2020 election evidence and executive action in response to the acts of war waged by foreign adversaries against our country in coordination with captured three letter agencies. Yes, the CIA was directly involved in the overthrow of our government. Where is John Brennan these days anyway?

SB175 requires documentary proof of citizenship to REGISTER to vote. It is a necessary follow up bill to 2025’s SB68, which passed almost unanimously. SB68 says only citizens can vote in our elections. However, Deputy SOS Tom Deadrick told the Joint Appropriations Committee that the state is still running on the HONOR SYSTEM. Which means they are not enforcing proof of citizenship it all.

SB175 will be smoked out today on the Senate Floor. Please contact your Senator and ask them to stand in support of SB175 and to protect South Dakota elections!

Senators -

It appears that it is unclear to most as to what documents actually prove citizenship. Senator Carley was the prime sponsor of SB68 which passed almost unanimously in 2025. However, Deputy SOS Tom Deadrick admitted in Joint Approps that they are still using the “honor system” and that the law is not being enforced or even implemented in most cases.

A drivers license does NOT prove citizenship. Only South Dakota drivers licenses issued after July 1, 2025 indicate citizenship after the passage of SB75 2025. Voters with drivers licenses issued prior to July 1, 2025 do not indicate citizenship.

Driver’s licenses issued by other states may not indicate citizenship, and most likely DO NOT.

REAL ID is NOT an indication of citizenship.

From the Department of Homeland Security :

The REAL ID Act (passed in 2005) sets minimum security standards for state-issued driver’s licenses and ID cards to be accepted for certain federal purposes, like boarding domestic flights or entering some federal facilities (enforced since May 2025). To get a REAL ID, applicants must provide proof of lawful status in the United States—not necessarily citizenship.

• Lawful status includes U.S. citizens and non-citizens who are legally present, such as permanent residents (Green Card holders), refugees, asylees, or those with valid visas/nonimmigrant status.

• A REAL ID can therefore be issued to non-citizens who meet these requirements, so the card itself only confirms that lawful status was verified at issuance—it does not indicate or serve as proof of citizenship.

Official sources from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) emphasize that REAL ID proves identity and lawful presence, not citizenship.Even federal officials (including DHS agents) have stated in contexts like court declarations that REAL ID is unreliable for confirming citizenship, as it can be issued to non-citizens.

In South Dakota specifically the Department of Public Safety requires proof of lawful status for a REAL ID, accepting documents for both citizens (e.g., certified birth certificate, U.S. passport) and non-citizens (e.g., Permanent Resident Card, visa/I-94). So a South Dakota REAL ID follows the same national rule—it verifies lawful presence, not citizenship.

SB175 addresses NEW voter registrations processed by the county auditor - not presenting an ID at the polls.

All documentation presented at time of registration is securely stored in the voters record in Total Vote for the required time period.

Rasmussen Polls indicate 68% of all voters support proof of citizenship to vote. 89% of Republicans support proof of citizenship to vote. However, it is currently being reported that 90% of ALL voters support Proof of Citizenship.

The SAVE Act passed the U.S. House, and is headed to the Senate. President Trump has indicated there will be Voter ID and Proof of Citizenship required to vote in the 2026 elections.

The honor system is no protection from fraud. Yes, voters sign under threat of perjury, however our group has already found thousands of cases of perjury and there is no interest in SD to prosecute perjury.

The legislature overwhelmingly supported only Citizens voting in SD elections with the passage of SB68 in 2025. You must give election officials an avenue to enforce proof of citizenship or SB68 was yet another law that has zero effect.

South Dakota Constitution : ARTICLE VII § 2. Voter qualification. Every United States citizen eighteen years of age or older who has met all residency and registration requirements shall be entitled to vote in all elections and upon all questions submitted to the voters of the state unless disqualified by law for mental incompetence or the conviction of a felony. The Legislature may by law establish reasonable requirements to insure the integrity of the vote.

Federal public housing assistance
Supplemental Security Income

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
Childcare Assistance

ELECTION SECURITY IS NATIONAL SECURITY.

Please do something about it.

The ES&S machine testing demonstration held in Pierre at the AmericInn in January revealed serious issues which were documented and attested to in sworn affidavits.

• National election and technical expert Rick Weible witnessed:

• ES&S demonstrating to an empty room

• ES&S laptops booting up on Windows 7 with no password

• No demonstration of required handicap accessible equipment

• No demonstration of voting in secrecy

• No demonstration of the Election Management System laptop, critical reports, CVR’s, audit logs

• No demonstration of tabulator downloads from machines

• And on and on and on and on.

Let’s take a closer look at the RULES and what was supposed to happen. Follow me here. This is critical to understanding what a FARCE the BOE is and what an utter disgrace this handwashing ceremony aka: certification really is.

1. SDCL 12-17B-2. Requirements for automatic tabulating, electronic ballot marking, and election voting equipment systems--Approval of changes or modifications. ……… Each system shall fulfill the requirements for election assistance commission standards certification and be approved by the State Board of Elections prior to distribution and use in this state. No system may be approved unless the system fulfills the requirements as established by the State Board of Elections. Any changes or modifications to an approved system shall be approved by the State Board of Elections prior to distribution and use.

Summary: State law requires the BOE to approve voting systems prior to distribution and use.

2. Administrative Rule - 5:02:09:02. Approval of automatic tabulating systems required before distribution. Prior to distribution in South Dakota, a company or corporation dealing in automatic tabulating or electronic ballot marking systems shall give written notice to the state board of elections and DEMONSTRATE that its system complies with SDCL 12-17B-2 and § 5:02:09:02.01 or 5:02:09:02.03 and is certified as fulfilling the requirements of the Election Assistance Commission

2015 voting system standards by an independent test authority accredited by the Election Assistance Commission.

If the State Board of Elections approves the system, it shall issue a certificate of approval.

….. The modification for the already approved system must have been certified as fulfilling the requirements of the Election Assistance Commission voting system 2015 standards by an independent test authority accredited by the Election Assistance Commission….

Summary: Any voting system or modification to a previously approved system approved by the BOE MUST meet 2015 voting system standards, otherwise known as VVSG 1.1.

3. 5:02:09:02.01. Criteria for approving automatic tabulating systems. Before the State Board of Elections grants a certificate of approval, the following automatic tabulating equipment capabilities of an electronic voting system must be demonstrated to the board or its designee. The board shall deny a certificate of approval for automatic tabulating equipment which as demonstrated does not fulfill the following requirements: (Long list you can view in the rule.)

Summary: everything on the list MUST be DEMONSTRATED to the BOE. This does not mean skip ones you don’t want to do or cannot achieve at your leisure.

4. 5:02:09:02.03. Criteria for approving electronic ballot marking systems. BEFORE the State Board of Elections grants a certificate of approval, the following capabilities of the electronic ballot marking system MUST BE DEMONSTRATED to the board or its designee. The board may grant a certificate of approval for a system, if the system fulfills the following requirements: (another long list you can review in the rule)

Summary: MUST BE DEMONSTRATED by the VENDOR to the BOARD.

Well, the Board of Elections didn’t bother to show up to the demonstration, so who is the designee you ask? Christine Lehkramp and Evan Sippel of the Secretary of State’s office decided they were, since they were the only two people at the “demonstration” by ES&S, so apparently they are the “designee” by default, even though there is no documentation, recording, meeting minutes, or any kind of official record or approval that they were nominated by the Board to BE the DESIGNEE.

The BOE meeting was held Friday, Feb 13 at 11:30 AM CST to certify ES&S EVS 6.5.0.0.

It was stated that the Board of Elections doesn’t make it practice to show up to the machine magic show and is content to just take a report with the word “YES” as PROOF that the machines meet the requirements, and that all required steps were demonstrated. Noted. #ABOLISHTHEBOE

The "certification report” was posted to the sdsos.gov Thursday night at 6:02 pm CST, after business hours, so the board and the public had little to no time to review it.

Newly appointed board member Kristin Matsuda pointed out that the report was not signed, notarized and was highly informal and unprofessional. (paraphrasing)

Christine Lehrkamp (former SOS and Bpro employee, now election director after Rachel Soulek got canned) wrote the report. All she did was copy and paste the admin rules and write “YES” in red letters beneath the rule. This doesn’t really qualify as a report. Lehrkamp admitted repeatedly that they skipped several testing requirements, even saying that they rely on ES&S literature or information, and left some of it to the EAC. In case you don’t realize it - this is an EXPLOSIVE admission. Christine put it on the record that they broke their own rules, and regularly make a habit of it, which makes the certification unlawful.

Do rules have to be followed? Per sdsos.gov:

“Administrative rules are officially promulgated agency regulations that have the force and effect of law. Generally, these rules elaborate the requirements of a law or policy. Following citizen input at public hearings, administrative rules are passed by the Legislative Interim Rules Review Committee.”

Sure sounds like it.

Neither one of these ES&S Electronic Voting Systems have been tested or approved by the EAC under VVSG 1.1, which the Board’s own rules requires.

Each of these voting systems was ILLEGALLY CERTIFIED by the Board.

It’s very clear. The rules require VVSG 1.1 2015, and neither of these are certified to VVSG 1.1.

What the SOS office and the Board fail to realize is that there is not a single voting system in the entire United States of America that has been submitted for testing and approval to the EAC to VVSG 1.1 (2015). NOT ONE. Which means - there is NOT a single electronic voting system that legally can be certified by the board for use in South Dakota.

Did you catch that? Read the above paragraph again. All of the election equipment being used to “count” your votes in your county is ILLEGAL.

Page 5 of Christine’s “certification report” reveals that ES&S did not demonstrate any of the items on this list. Christine’s answers to Kristin Matsuda’s questions also confirm verbally that they did not complete the items on this list.

Prior to distribution in South Dakota, a company or corporation dealing in automatic tabulating or electronic ballot marking systems shall give written notice to the state board of elections and demonstrate that its system complies with SDCL 12-17B-2 and § 5:02:09:02.01 or 5:02:09:02.03 and is certified as fulfilling the requirements of the Election Assistance Commission 2015 voting system standards by an independent test authority accredited by the Election Assistance Commission.

Before the State Board of Elections grants a certificate of approval, the following automatic tabulating equipment capabilities of an electronic voting system must be demonstrated to the board or its designee. The board shall deny a certificate of approval for automatic tabulating equipment which as demonstrated does not fulfill the following requirements.

So that’s 11 documented violations on page five alone.

During the meeting, McPherson County State’s Attorney Austin Hoffman, (also candidate for Attorney General) pipes in and asks “ultimately, what we are looking at here today, is certified by the EAC already?” Christine answers yes. Hoffman apparently accepts that as enough evidence to vote yes to certify.

However, a quick scan of the rules clearly shows that the Board is required to view the demonstration of all of the items on the list and to verify that the system fulfills the requirements. This is meant to be a double check on our local equipment at the state level.

We were blocked public comment on the agenda item, even after asking Monae Johnson, Tom Deadrick and Deputy AG Grant Flynn for public comment on the agenda item prior to certification. They all denied us. Tom Deadrick said “because, that’s the way it is going to be”.

On Thursday, February 12th, we filed a Motion for and Affidavit in Support of Preliminary Injunction in Circuit Court in Hughes County, hoping the court would move to stop the illegal certification. All Board members and the SOS were served by the sheriff on Thursday, prior to the Friday meeting. They were also emailed a petition to not certify Thursday afternoon. You can read it and see the supporting documents HERE.

They all should have realized by then that certification was unlawful.

But they did it anyway, with willfulness and intent.

They committed a crime in broad daylight, right in front of us, and walked out.

The bright spot was Kristin Matsuda voted NO on certification and Scott McGregor abstained. Maybe McGregor was actually afraid of committing a crime. What is wrong with the rest of them?

B1314 and SB66. The BOE illegally certified election equipment. The SOS office has been working against us since day one. No one is ever held accountable.

Of course, not all of them make it, and many have died in committee or on the floor already. February 24th is crossover day, so all the bills and resolutions need to be heard in the house of origination by that day.

So far, SB66 - An Act to prohibit the use of automatic tabulating equipment and electronic ballot marking systems died in Senate State Affairs, with Sen. Carl Perry casting the deciding vote. Monae Johnson’s SB28 - Ballot on Demand Printers was killed in Senate State Affairs, and her SB29 was tabled in favor of Sen. Pischke’s CVR bill, SB114.

BILLS TO WATCH - COMING UP:

SB171 - DO NOT SUPPORT - amend provisions pertaining to the processing of absentee ballots and to declare an emergency - will allow counties to begin processing absentee ballots, opening and recording in the poll list, on the Monday before election day. This is an attempt to relieve the absentee madness on election day in Minnehaha County, but our group believes the only real fix to this issue is to reduce the 45 day no excuse absentee voting period. Essentially, it’s codifying a 48 hour election day by moving what was traditionally election day processes ahead. Our question is this: If Democrats ran Minnehaha County, would the Legislature think this is a good idea? This is going to the House soon.

SB214 - DO PASS - amend provisions pertaining to the publication of the statewide voter registration file.

Scheduled for Senate State Affairs 2/9/2026 @ 10 am. Register to testify HERE.

This is a clean up bill to last years HB1062 which made the statewide voter file publicly available on the SOS website, and free of charge. Monae Johnson’s office has been playing games since the very beginning, resulting in a fatal error of posting the “source of registration” column online. Shortly after, Rachel Soulek’s employment was terminated.

There's been a battle between the legislators who sponsored the bill, and Tom Deadrick’s interpretation of the law, where Deadrick put the statewide voter file behind a registration wall where they collect your data. Section 3 of this bill clarifies the language, ensuring the SOS will no longer be able to hide the lists behind that registration wall.

SB114 - DO PASS - provide for the publication of ballot images and the cast vote record of automatic tabulating equipment.

While this is not a perfect bill, and 21 YEARS LATE, we do support public access to the CVR’s. It passed the Senate 34-0. Can you believe that? Just two years ago we still had election officials claiming CVR’s don’t exist. Rachel Soulek’s unbelievably false testimony against this bill last year claimed the people can’t have the CVR’s because they could alter them and claim fraud! Ironically, SB114 allows for election officials to redact and alter CVR’s in precincts of 100 or less. This provision needs to go!

SB175 - DO PASS - require that an individual provide proof of citizenship when registering to vote using the voter registration form prescribed by the State Board of Elections.

Senator John Carley is bringing this bill in response to the passage of SB68 last year which requires only US Citizens are allowed to vote. However, Deputy SOS Tom Deadrick admitted in a line of questioning in Joint Appropriations that they are STILL operating on the “honor system”. Senator Carley is serious about protecting our elections by requiring documentary proof of citizenship to vote!!

SB34 - DO NOT SUPPORT - Another of Tom Deadrick’s bills drafted to deal with Mortenson’s super election bill from last year. This bill expands 46 days of no excuse absentee voting to your school board and municipal elections. Encourage your representative to vote NO on this bill, and instead support Heather Baxter’s HB1285.

*****DANGER ZONE ALERT*****

SB215 - NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO provide for a pilot program for the implementation of a secured cryptographically end-to-end verifiable voting system in certain jurisdictions.

This bill will introduce an untested, uncertified, essentially illegal form of voting as a test pilot project for scratch off lottery ticket style ballots for VOTE BY PHONE! Even worse, it gives the county commission, Attorney General, and the Secretary of State (because they are all so trustworthy) to arbitrarily WAIVE STATE LAWS as they see fit in order to try out this voting system.

Our state law requires certification by the United States Election Assistance Commission prior to distribution and use in the state, however RedoVoting isn’t EAC certified, and can’t get EAC certified b/c they can’t test the technology. ALL of our counties have accepted HAVA funds, so any jurisdiction that uses this untested technology will be violating the State HAVA Plan. Using untested technology could prompt claw back of federal funds, not to mention put South Dakota votes at high risk while testing a pilot program out on a LIVE ELECTION.

Another provision of this bill allows the person in charge of the election (county auditor) to view the source code. Really? NONE of the county auditors possess any skills to do this. Remember, they have been using election equipment “certified” to 2005 security standards, up until two years ago were claiming CVR’s don’t exist, and have NEVER been trained, audited, or even knew what the basic functions of the machine do or are used for. 62 of the counties still have no EMS laptop and the other four are using illegal laptos. And now we expect them to audit source code and tell us how the vote by phone lottery ticket voting is working? YOU’VE GOT TO BE KIDDING?!?!?!?!?

Once these programs get a foot in the door, they just get further entrenched in our election system. If you don’t want to go from one private, for profit corporation running our elections in a system you can’t understand or see, to another, PLEASE contact your legislator and tell them NO WAY ON SB215!

HB 1314 - DO PASS - An Act to modify provisions pertaining to the testing and use of automatic tabulating equipment. This is heading to House State Affairs.

HB 1315 - authorize the recall of certain elected officials or individuals appointed to fill vacancies in certain offices.

Rep. Travis Ismay’s bill to recall county commissioner’s failed, but he is bringing this bill now allowing for recall of all county officials. If you think all officials should be subject to recall if they don’t uphold their oath, support HB1315.

HB 1316 - DO PASS - revise the time for conducting the canvass of an election.

Standardizes the time and date of the canvass of the votes to 9:00 AM the first Tuesday after an election.

HB 1323 - amend the time required for filing a petition referring an ordinance or resolution of a political subdivision.

This bill gives petitioners a longer time to gather signatures as currently it’s unreasonably short. It’s multiple pages long mostly b/c of style and form changes.

HB 1324 – DO PASS - ABOLISH the State Board of Elections

Restore the constitutional power to determine the time, place and manner of elections to the legislature, reduce the bureaucracy, remove decision making authority from unqualified, unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats, save time and money.

As you saw recently at the machine testing demonstration that ES&S put on for themselves and a few SOS employees, the Board of Elections isn’t even interested enough to SHOW UP and watch the demonstration, but rather content to receive a report from (who?) and go off that to “certify” our election infrastructure. If you’ve been with us to a meeting in the last four years, you know exactly why this board needs to be abolished.

The lobbyists, lawyers, SDACO, and election officials will come out of the woodwork for this one. Please watch this bill and plan to attend in person if you can!

HB1207 - DO PASS - amend the period of time before which ballots and other election materials may be destroyed following an election – standardizes record retention to 22 months for all elections.

HB1266 – An Act to make certain federal laws applicable to public employees – this is the HATCH Act for SD.

HB1285 – DO PASS - amend provisions pertaining to the timing of municipal and school district elections.

Moves school board and municipal elections to off years, as the ramifications of Mortenson’s super elections are already becoming evident. Mega ballots, way too many ballot styles, expanded absentee voting, competition for advertising space, etc.

As we’ve shown you before, the auditors do not properly test all ballot styles and these massive combined elections is setting them up for almost certain failure. SDCL 12-17-5.1 specifies exactly how the testing must be done, however every test deck reviewed by Rick Weible failed to comply, which is a violation of law. Extremely long ballots also make post election audits more difficult, and 45 day absentee voting is now being extended to municipal and school board elections.

The UOCAVA voter issue still has not been addressed, thus with the combined elections, municipal and school board election outcomes may be affected by voters who are NOT LIVING in the district. If they decide to separate them, that just makes MORE BALLOT styles.

2025 was his freshman year in the legislature, but he hit the ground running. He ignored the advice of his senior counterparts, suggesting freshmen just learn the ropes, don’t bring much for bills.

Senator Carley sponsored the 10 commandments bill, property rights, citizenship to vote, banning the tabulators, biological sex birth certificates, school choice and more. Not bad for a freshman!

Today Senator Carley brought back his Act to prohibit the use of automatic tabulating equipment and electronic ballot marking system. He presented a well prepared power point detailing his 10 reasons to #BANTHEMACHINES. The committee failed to show the power point till nearly the end of his presentation, and many of you were asking to see it. You can find a PDF of it HERE.

Sen. Carley is also the Vice Chair of the South Dakota Freedom Caucus, a business man, a devoted husband and father. Watch out for him, this man is going places.

Senate State Affairs voted to kill the bill, again. With Senator Carl Perry, again, siding with SDACO and the auditors. You can listen to audio of the entire hearing HERE.

Rick Weible gave an emotional rebuke of the voting systems after having just sat through two days of the testing charade, certifying yet another system to 2005 cybersecurity standards.

Despite (maybe) understanding that antivirus hasn’t been updated in six years, the standards are 21 years old, and the disability devices weren’t tested properly at all, Senators Deibert, Perry, Mehlhaff, Larson and Kolbeck decided all was well and everything is fine. Nothing to see here you stupid stooges who want to let PEOPLE manipulate ballots. Sigh.

And lastly - this timely article was posted today and speaks right to the heart of our long standing BRICK WALL in South Dakota.

After six years and 3,000 hours of exhaustive research—a commitment shared or exceeded by many of the 100 dedicated citizens in our coalition—our investigation into the electronic voting system has exposed not only an electronic voting system that is fundamentally and deeply compromised, but also a systemic pattern of inertia and avoidance among our elected officials.

It is clear that the American political class is ensnared in a “Winner’s Dilemma.” While public concern over election integrity intensifies, those in power remain paralyzed by strategic silence. What appears to be indifference is, in fact, a hostage situation that threatens the very foundation of our republic.

The Invisible Occupation

To understand our current crisis, we must look past the surface of domestic policy and recognize a more chilling reality: a state of unconventional warfare. Much like the German occupation of France in 1940, our nation has been infiltrated by an enemy combatant. However, this modern invader does not use panzer divisions; it uses lines of code and media narratives.

This “invisible occupation” has seized the high ground of our information and election systems. By controlling the digital infrastructure through which we vote and the media apparatus through which we perceive reality, this adversary exerts a level of control over the American psyche and government that a visible standing army could never achieve.

When the tools of our democracy are owned by those hostile to it, the “officials” we see on television are often little more than administrators of a captured state.

The Carrot and the Stick

For many officials, the silence is not merely a matter of political strategy; it is a matter of survival. This occupation operates through a sophisticated system of enticements and threats—the “carrot and the stick.”

• The Carrot: In exchange for silence, officials are granted the security of office and the opportunity to build immense personal wealth through inside information and NGO funding.

• The Stick: For those who consider breaking rank, the threats are both tacit and, occasionally, terrifyingly direct.

We need only look at the chilling sequence of events following the 2020 election for a glimpse of the stakes. Shortly after a decision was made to allow a limited audit in Georgia, the boyfriend of the Governor’s daughter was killed in a violent car explosion. Compounding the tragedy and the mystery, a lead investigator involved in the death inquiry also suddenly passed away. The message to the political establishment is clear: the cost of “doing the right thing” can be unimaginably high.

The Gatekeeper’s Veto

The logic is cold and calculated: If an elected official publicly declares that the electronic systems used to count votes are compromised, they are effectively declaring their own seat illegitimate. Furthermore, if these systems are subject to external manipulation by an enemy force, any official who dares to oppose the mechanism is signing their own political death warrant.

In a system where the “referee” is perceived to be compromised, the players cannot complain about the officiating without being ejected from the game.

We often demand that our leaders show “courage,” but in the current landscape, individual courage is a recipe for political martyrdom. Under the decentralized structure of U.S. elections, a single senator or governor cannot unilaterally overhaul the voting process.

An honest official finds themselves isolated. The rot is protected by a self-correcting feedback loop that filters out reformers before they can reach a critical mass.

The Necessity of the “Emergency Reset”

If the legislative and judicial paths are blocked by the very occupation they seek to cure, we must look toward the only constitutional mechanism capable of breaking a systemic deadlock: Executive intervention through the Insurrection Act of 1807.

The compromise of our electoral infrastructure by an enemy combatant represents an insurrection against the will of the people—a digital coup that traditional courts are either unable or unwilling to address.

A Return to the Physical

The solution is not more complex encryption; the solution is the total abandonment of the digital for the physical. By invoking the Insurrection Act, the executive could mandate a nationwide “Election Reset” consisting of eight non-negotiable pillars:

1. Decommission Electronic Equipment: Immediate removal of all electronic voting, poll books, and tabulating hardware.

2. Water-marked Paper Ballots: A return to a physical, auditable trail.

3. Manual Hand-Counting: Decentralized, public counting visible to the human eye.

4. Rebuild Registration Lists: Purging and rebuilding compromised voter rolls.

5. Voter Identification: Mandating proof of citizenship and ID.

6. End County-Wide Voting: Returning to localized precinct control.

7. End Early Voting: Returning to a secure, single Election Day.

8. End Liberal Mail-in Voting: Ensuring the chain of custody for every ballot.

The Strategic Mandate: Playing the Trump Card

In the cold logic of game theory, we have reached a terminal state. When the “other side” has successfully captured the board, the rules, and the referees, continuing to play by the established rules is not a strategy—it is a guaranteed surrender.

Game theory now necessitates declaring a state of insurrection.

Mr. President, we are ready when you are.

Senator John Carley is bringing back his bill to ban the electronic election machines from last year. It is 2026 SB66, and we are told it will likely be heard in committee next week. You may remember last year, citizens from all corners of the state filled the Senate State Affairs Committee, and NOT ONE citizen came in support of the machines. Time was limited but over 50 people came to the stand to give a “me too!” to #BANTHEMACHINES!

52 USC §10508 allows for disabled voters to have a person assis�ng them. It reads: Any voter who requires assistance to vote by reason of blindness, disability, or inability to read or write may be given assistance by a person of the voter’s choice, other than the voter’s employer or agent of that employer or officer or agent of the voter’s union.

12-18-25. Any voter who by reason of physical disability or illiteracy is unable to read or mark a ballot may receive the assistance of any person whom such voter may select.

PS: Senate State Affairs has a new make up. Senator Sue Peterson has been moved to taxation, and Senator Arch Beal has had a stroke. Senator Curt Voight has been moved to SSA in Beal’s place. Steve Kolbeck has replaced Peterson. We need Senator Perry to vote like a conservative. Last year he cowed to the lobby.

Other bills are coming to improve the hand count tally sheets, abolish the unelected, unqualified, unaccountable board of elections, bring SD elections into compliance with President Trump’s EO, requiring CVR’s to be public, and so on. When they are assigned bill numbers, we will let you know ASAP.

Monae Johnson’s bills are SB 28 - 34. We do not support any of them. In particular:

SB28 will bring highly vulnerable ballot on demand printers to an election near you! Welcome to becoming Maricopa County, Arizona! NO WAY MONAE!

SB29 is Monae’s tricky CVR bill, but what it really does is:

• allow outsourcing of vote counting to other counties which further breaks the chain of custody

• only allows the CVR’s to be made public AFTER the canvass of the vote. That means, too late and too bad for you if fraud is found.

• allows election officials to alter CVR’s at their discretion - which is a felony offense and destroys original election records.

Remember - these bills are written by criminals (Deadrick, ES&S and KNOWiNK) to protect criminals. Yes, Deadrick said it out loud on the record that he consults with the vendors to help him write his bills! NO WAY MONAE!

The Secretary of State is hosting ES&S’s demonstration of the voting machines for their testing and approval by the Board of Elections today, tomorrow and Friday. The SOS had not posted notice on the website of a public meeting, but apparently they don’t consider the machine testing 3 day bonanza as an official meeting.

Here are all the super secret, black box, proprietary ES&S electronic election machines which contain trade secrets sitting in a conference room at the AmericInn in Ft. Pierre, South Dakota for the magic show ES&S employees are putting on. It’s quite interesting that they are comfortable leaving them there for days, yet will sue the hell out of you if you want the audit trail to actual election data. Is this proper storage and security protocol for national critical infrastructure?

South Dakota state law 12-17B-2. Any automatic tabulating or electronic ballot marking system used in an election shall enable the voter to cast a vote for all offices and on all measures on which the voter is entitled to vote. No automatic tabulating, electronic ballot marking, or election voting equipment system may be connected to the internet. No ballot marking device may save or tabulate votes marked on any system. Each system shall fulfill the requirements for election assistance commission standards certification and be approved by the State Board of Elections prior to distribution and use in this state. No system may be approved unless the system fulfills the requirements as established by the State Board of Elections. Any changes or modifications to an approved system shall be approved by the State Board of Elections prior to distribution and use.

South Dakota Administrative Rule 5:02:09:02.01. Criteria for approving automatic tabulating systems. Before the State Board of Elections grants a certificate of approval, the following automatic tabulating equipment capabilities of an electronic voting system must be demonstrated to the board or its designee. The board shall deny a certificate of approval for automatic tabulating equipment which as demonstrated does not fulfill the following requirements………

South Dakota Administrative Rule 5:02:09:02. Approval of automatic tabulating systems required before distribution says this: Any changes or modifications in an approved automatic tabulating or electronic ballot marking system may be certified by the State Board of Elections with or without the demonstration described in this section for initial approval.

These rules were written with plausible deniability in mind. Also probably drafted by ES&S!!

Here are Jerad Schwab and Trish Rice of ES&S and some other unknown guy (probably from the SOS office) “testing” the machines for compliance for us, while NO ONE from the Board of Elections or the Secretary of State’s Office was around.

Isn’t this just like a government process, to have the vendor, who provides the equipment, do the demonstration of their accuracy and compliance?

Do banks audit themselves?

Do taxpayers audit their own tax returns?

Do employers do their own work comp audits?

Do homebuilders do their own inspections?

Do public eating establishments certify their own health inspections?

NO - BUT ES&S can put on it’s own magic show for the state and no one sees anything wrong with this.

So who are the random designees for the Board of Elections? I guess we won’t find out until the BOE posts meeting minutes for their meeting scheduled February 13th.

The Board of Elections should be at this testing, after all they certify the machines, proclaiming that they meet the standards set forth by the EAC. However, the unelected, unqualified, unaccountable board of elections is MIA. Whoever the designee is, will then issue a report claiming the machines have met all the requirements, and the Board, not having seen or participated in any aspect of the machine testing process, then reads a report written by someone who has done their job for them, and certifies the process.

SERIOUSLY??

The SOS office and ES&S are thick as thieves. Literally. The Board is completely incompetent and NO ONE with proper credentials to determine the security of national critical infrastructure is involved in the process.

2025 will go down as another year for the record books.

In the 2025 legislative session, TWENTY election bills were signed into law.

We fought off the lobbyists, woke associations, and the secretary of state’s office and successfully redefined residency for the purpose of voter registration. We also successfully changed the requirements at the DMV when registering to vote, which is where the majority of the voter registrations are processed.

In tandem with residency, a Federal Only Ballot law was passed so all the tax dodging, free-loading, fake residents of South Dakota will not be affecting the outcome of our local elections anymore. (Unless your county auditor does not properly implement this requirement. Make sure you are watching this process in your county. Request proof!) This was a herculean lift, requiring years of exposure and pressure from every conceivable angle, to get the state legislature to finally address a long known and accepted fraud perpetrated on the true residents of South Dakota in exchange for money and potential Republican votes.

Documentary proof of citizenship was passed and signed into law, however Monae Johnson STILL has yet to provide standardized guidance and requirements for the county auditors. Indication of citizenship status is also now required to be displayed on drivers licenses issued in our state.

Nearly $30,000 later, we also now have statewide voter files posted on the Secretary of State’s website for FREEEEEEE. Have you downloaded yours yet? We survived excessive amounts of gaslighting from Rachel Soulek, outright lies told in committee hearings, and a smoke out on the Senate floor. We exposed Monae Johnson’s intent to connect the statewide voter database to ERIC, which led to her being questioned by GOAC. Her testimony there was captured on video - where she stated the quiet part out loud - Total Vote has the BUILT-IN capability to connect to ERIC. Johnson couldn’t take the heat, and dodged repeated requests from GOAC to follow up with the committee, which resulted in GOAC using their newly reinstated subpoena power to force Johnson to reappear.

As we sounded the alarm all year long about the KNOWiNK contract for the Total Vote upgrade, our predictions came true, and Monae Johnson pushed back the GO LIVE date to 2027, AFTER the 2026 elections.

Illegal election equipment that compiled over 45% of the statewide vote, since at least 2020, was brought into the daylight. The SD Freedom Caucus put out a press release which called for an investigation. Sara Frankenmonster came back with a most preposterous legal interpretation, defending the illegal equipment and putting the counties in danger, yet again, of committing more felony offenses. Citizens across the state continue to use public comment time at county commission meetings to inform their county officials of the dangers of electronic voting. Volunteers submitted parade entries and newspaper articles, continuing to use their voice and talents to wake up their neighbors.

That to secure these rights [to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness], governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that, whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute a new government, laying its foundations on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.

On our first official work day, we met in Brookings and poured over our first copy of the statewide voter list. We identified addresses with five or more people registered to vote at that address, and used Google to identify what was at that location. We found empty fields, nursing homes, Walmart, colonies, campgrounds, and the now infamous PMB’s.

After that, we proceeded to door to door canvassing. We found collectively that 98% of the addresses with five or more voters registered to vote had voters that did not live at that address. And, those voters in the wind were casting ballots from addresses where they do not live.

More data analysis revealed up to 50% of entire legislative districts are tainted with unverified voters. The outcome of at least four recent house races were altered by unverified, illegitimate ghost voters. There have been many controversial votes in the state legislature on bills such as the prison. What would the outcome have been with different representation? If the votes of the people that actually live in the district hadn’t been diluted by perjury and fraud?

Skip forward to the 2025 Ipswich City election. Poll watchers identified dozens of voters who voted in a city ward that they do not live in. Complaints were made that candidates may have been soliciting votes from people that do not live in the city. Many were known to have moved 20 years ago, but still vote in the wrong ward.

The Ipswich City election came down to ONE VOTE. The election night results were challenged, and the hand recount flipped two races. The very watchful citizens of Ipswich made all the difference there. Not surprisingly, the most important poll lists were kept from the public.

And most recently, reports of the Oldham-Ramona-Rutland school district election appears to be plagued with the same issues. “Four provisional ballots and people KNOWN NOT to live in the district decided the fate of a school AND millions of dollars on the backs of the taxpayers.”

For years, auditors claimed they couldn’t remove voters. Affidavits went ignored. Successful election day residency challenges were overturned by treasonous state’s attorneys. However, the pressure moved the needle, and SB185 was signed into law in July.

We the People now have an avenue to challenge those non-qualified voter registrations. Voters who do not live where they are registered to can be REMOVED based on residency. If you missed it, this is HUGE.

12-4-59. Voter registration challenge--Nonresident or voter in another state--Deadline.

An application for the correction of any precinct registration list or to challenge the right to vote of any registered voter may be filed by the secretary of state, the auditor of the county where the challenged voter is registered, or any other individual who is registered as a voter in the same county where the challenged voter is registered, not later than the ninetieth day before the day of a primary, runoff, special, or general election. The application for correction filed pursuant to this section may only challenge whether a voter:

(1) Has voted or has registered to vote in another state; or

(2) Is a resident of this state, pursuant to § 12-1-4.

12-4-60. Voter registration challenge--Application--Factual basis--Form--Documentation--Promulgation of rules--Certain information confidential--Penalty.

To file an application for correction, the individual must sign and file an affidavit attesting that, to the best of the individual’s personal knowledge and belief, having exercised due diligence to personally verify the evidence presented, the challenged voter is not qualified to vote based on one of the reasons set forth in § 12-4-58 or 12-4-59.

The individual must provide the factual basis for filing the application, including the information required by this section, in the signed affidavit. The application may not be based on an unsupported allegation or the allegation of an anonymous third party. The application must be in a form prescribed by the State Board of Elections, and must contain the:

(1) Name of the challenged individual;

(2) Address of the challenged individual;

(3) Name of the individual filing the application;

(4) Address, phone number, and email address of the individual filing the application;

(5) Date of the affidavit; and

(6) Reason for the challenge, pursuant to § 12-4-58 or 12-4-59.

The individual who files the application shall include documented evidence related to the challenge as an attachment to the affidavit. The State Board of Elections shall promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, establishing the form of the affidavit and the documentation that must be included with the affidavit as evidence of the voter’s qualifications.

An individual’s social security number, driver license number, South Dakota nondriver identification card number, passport number, or contact information, may not be made public as part of a challenge. An individual who intentionally makes public any information that is confidential, pursuant to this section, is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.

12-4-61. Voter registration challenge--Auditor duties--Verification request--Hearing--Voter cancellation--Limitation--Promulgation of rules.

If a county auditor receives an application for correction, pursuant to § 12-4-60, and, after researching the voter, determines the affidavit raises a valid challenge, the auditor must send a verification request to the voter named in the application. The verification request must be sent by forwardable mail in compliance with the National Voter Registration Act, 52 U.S.C. §§ 20501 to 20511, inclusive (January 1, 2025).

The verification request must be returned to the auditor within thirty days of the postmark date and must include documentation sufficient to demonstrate the voter’s qualifications as a registered voter. The voter named in the application may request a hearing before the county auditor to demonstrate the voter’s qualifications as a registered voter.

The county auditor must cancel a voter’s registration if the voter:

(1) Fails to produce documentation sufficient to demonstrate the voter’s qualifications; and

(2) Has not voted or appeared to vote in an election during the period between:

(a) The date that the verification request was sent; and

(b) The day after the first general election following the date of the verification request.

The county auditor may not cancel the voter registration of an individual challenged pursuant to § 12-4-59, within the ninety days immediately prior to the date of an election.

The State Board of Elections shall promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, establishing the process by which a county auditor must research a registered voter to establish the validity of a challenge.

12-4-62. Voter registration challenge--Appeals.

If a voter’s registration is canceled, pursuant to § 12-4-61, the voter may appeal the auditor’s decision to the board of county commissioners or circuit court. Any decision of the board may be appealed to the circuit court.

12-4-63. Voter registration challenge--Recordkeeping.

Records of an application of correction filed pursuant to § 12-4-60 must be retained by the county auditor for at least twenty-two months. Thereafter, if the auditor chooses to destroy the records, the records must be destroyed in a secure manner.

Just fill out the request form and you will be emailed a link to download the most recent list. You can filter out what ever precinct, ward, district, or county that you want.

The key is to challenge those non-qualified voters NOW. It must be done 90 days ahead of the election. Get them off the rolls so they are voting in their appropriate precinct, school district, or ward. As we’ve shown you above, every single vote makes a huge difference.

SB185 only allows residents of the county to challenge other voters in the county. That means we can’t do it all for you. Four years of grueling work allowed for Christmas in July, and now it’s up to you to receive the gift of a voter challenge and USE IT to protect the vote where you live.

Just as we have been warning - the KNOWiNK SDVOTES system GO LIVE has now been pushed back to 2027.

Originally it was scheduled for September 2025 GO LIVE.

Then pushed back to December 12, 2025 GO LIVE, as Johnson recently told GOAC.

Now, Johnson has moved back the GO LIVE date to 2027.

On November 10 - 12, the Secretary of State’s office added KNOWiNK training for the new SDVOTES system to the SOS hosted auditor training in Pierre that most auditors were planning to boycott prior to the addition of the SDVOTES training. Discontent for Monae Johnson and her staff appears to be growing, and a historical lack of practical training for conducting elections has typically been bypassed for indoctrination and propaganda.

Last week, on November 19 & 20, the county auditors held their own trainings in Pierre, led by veteran auditors. Resignations and retirements have left many counties with new auditors and deputies that have never run an election. Two, half day trainings were said to have covered more hands on election issues and state law changes than several years of prior SOS sessions.

The lack of proper training, data verification and many unaddressed issues with the new SDVOTES system led 117 election officials to sign a letter addressed to Secretary Johnson relaying their collective concerns and requesting more time and more guidance before going live on December 12, 2025.

Yes, 117 election officials were uncomfortable with unaddressed issues of incorrect data, and didn’t want to go into an election cycle not knowing if the data is correct. This sounds eerily similar to Pennsylvania, Montana, Oregon and Nevada’s implementations of KNOWiNK’s Total Vote System, which we’ve been reporting on for years.

Minnehaha County, for instance, was given only TWO WEEKS to validate data for hundreds of thousands of records. NO process, no procedures, no check list, no guidance AT ALL for how to validate that data.

Interestingly, the auditors had not even presented their letter to Monae before the press release went out. Monae and Christine Lehrkamp (former Bpro employee) dropped by the auditor led training on Wednesday, and may have seen the letter on the sign-in table. The timing is suspicious to say the least.

Johnson insists SDVOTES is just an upgrade. Why then is all the data having to be transferred if it’s just an upgrade? Why can’t the modifications be implemented as they go? The fact is, it’s a completely new program and the contract confirms it’s a “complete replacement” of the legacy Total Vote System.

Johnson’s press release claims SDVOTES is ready to go. She also stated they’ve already spent nearly $4 Million of our tax money and has no idea what happens if KNOWiNK can’t meet the terms of the contract. By the time they finally GO LIVE in 2027, will the program be outdated?

How is it possible that IF SDVOTES is ready to go, that data can’t be tested and training cannot be conducted properly in five months before absentee voting starts for the 2026 primaries?

Due to the delay, South Dakota will be left with using the legacy Total Vote System, which has NOT been updated to meet all the current election law modifications from 2025, including marking FEDERAL ONLY VOTERS to deal with our FAKE residency problem.

How much will the programming of the legacy system cost? Was this included in the SOS office budget? Where will the additional money come from?

Monae’s office staff is so incompetent they couldn’t even implement HB1062 properly, and claim it cost the state tens of thousands of dollars to modify Total Vote to capture the required statewide voter data and post a link on sdsos.gov. That shouldn’t have required any modification to Total Vote at all. They were able to retrieve a list previously, and sent a link via dropbox or email. Anyone that runs a website knows just how easy it is to post a link to a webpage.

Was this press release an opportune time to defer the GO LIVE implementation of Total Vote because South Dakota is about to suffer the fate of Oregon and Pennsylvania?

Is SDVOTES really ready to go?

Will we be left millions of dollars in the hole with nothing to show for it?

Yes, we are on track for that exact thing to happen.

History repeats itself.

And we’ve been warning you for years.

Most of Johnson’s answers went something like this:

“I will have to get back to you on that.”

“I don’t really know, but I trust KNOWiNK 100%!!!”

“We spent all of your money and I don’t know what happens if the terms of the contract are broken.”

Circle back, circle back, I’ll have to circle back.

Johnson has repeatedly defended her no bid sole source contract with KNOWiNK as the most cost effective solution, claiming any other vendor would have cost the state millions more and would have taken years to implement.

But, out of the back of the room, a man named Brandon Johnson comes to the mic to testify at the November 13, 2025 GOAC meeting.

Brandon Johnson, Tenex Rep, former Bpro employee, and former election director under Jason Gant claims Monae’s statements are false. He says Tenex was not contacted by the South Dakota SOS, but could implement a brand new statewide system for $1.5 Million in less than a year. He also stated the yearly maintenance fees would be HALF of KNOWiNK’s $400,000/yr. Watch the video below.

The legislators ears perked up when they started talking in dollars and cents.

This isn’t the only lie Monae fed GOAC.

The question of the VIP 5.1 Specification from the Knowink contract arose, to which Monae ignorantly claimed is the Voter Information Portal, and that it belongs to Knowink. However, Representative Auch’s line of questioning delineated the voter information portal from the Voting Information Project, which is what is specified in the contract.

VIP is the Voting Information Project, run by Democracy Works, another leftist NGO. VIP is funded by George Soros’ Pew Charitable Trusts, MacArthur and Tides Foundations, and Google. Democracy Works is funded by Democracy Fund, which leads to Pierre Omidyar (Ebay billionaire). Pierre Omidyar’s Democracy Fund is a financial supporter and pilot project partner with CIS. (DHS/CISA’s NGO Center for Internet Security.) Supposedly this NGO conducted a review of the source code for KNOWiNK’s e-poll pads, but the state and the citizens cannot?

Brandon Johnson of Tenex CONFIRMS Voting Information Project is connected with the Total Vote platform, and that Secretary Johnson was conflating the portal with the NGO.

GOAC also asked questions regarding the November 1, 2024 Total Vote outage that caused voters to be turned away, long lines, and confusion. Deputy SOS Tom Deadrick told Keloland news originally that it was a “global outage” of the Microsoft Azure platform. But in written responses to GOAC, Monae claims the outage was caused by a power disruption at a Texas Azure location.

Microsoft is required to document and publish PIRs (Post Incident Reviews) for significant issues, so unreported events of any scale simply did not occur.

When a PIR is created Microsoft creates and publishes a PIR for any incident that meets one or more of these criteria:

· Causes customer-impacting downtime or degradation in any Azure region (public or Azure Government) for more than a few minutes

· Affects multiple services or a large number of customers

· Triggers an official entry on https://status.azure.com

· Impacts Azure Government, DoD, or other air-gapped clouds (these almost always get a PIR because of contractual and compliance obligations)

There was no reported outage for Microsoft Azure Government (the dedicated cloud platform for US government entities) on November 1, 2024. Microsoft’s official Azure status history shows no incidents on or around that date for any Azure regions, including Azure Government. Third-party trackers like Downdetector and news sources also show no spikes or reports specific to Azure Government on November 1, 2024. Azure Government often avoids impacts from public cloud issues due to its segregated infrastructure.

The Azure South Central US region (primarily located in San Antonio, Texas) had no incidents on that date, according to Microsoft’s official status history and third-party trackers like Downdetector.

That means, with high probability, under Microsoft’s own processes and contractual obligations to the US government, no outage of any kind occurred on November 1, 2024, that required a PIR — neither in the public cloud nor in Azure Government, including the South Central US (Texas) region. If even a brief power blip or cooling issue in a Texas data center had affected customer workloads on that date, a PIR would exist today — and it doesn’t. So the absence of a PIR is itself the official proof that nothing reportable happened.

Does the Secretary have documentary proof that Azure did, in fact, experience a power outage on November 1, 2024? Or is that the narrative we are being fed when the blame should fall on KNOWiNK?

False statements were also made by the SOS in written replies to GOAC, claiming the office is compliant with SDCL 12-4-18 by cross checking voters with HAVV when they register to vote. However, they completely missed the fact that the entire statewide voter database is supposed to be crosschecked with the Social Security Master Death File on a MONTHLY basis to remove deceased voters in a timely manner. SB140 was passed in 2023, and they are still not compliant.

There’s so much more, but for the sake of time, we’ll move on.

The Board of (S)elections met today to address clarification of questions on Rick Weible’s petitions for declaratory judgement. They, of course, voted unanimously to deny the petitions.

As you can imagine, there’s a lot of nonsense in there but here are the highlights:

• Monae wants candidates to be able to get on the ballot simply by paying a fee!! No signatures - just pay up! Deadrick mentioned the Biden / Harris debacle where Harris replaced Biden on the ballot as an example. We couldn’t help but wonder if the powers that be have a plan to switch out No Way Monae at some point. Questions about pay for play were raised and even some of the most notorious BOE members saw thru this idea.

• Deadrick and the Board are promoting the adoption of Ballot on Demand printers, by KNOWiNK, for the 2026 elections, and want to declare an emergency (so it can be adopted immediately). If you want a simple reason why BOD printers are a BAD IDEA, please refer the Arizona primaries where tabulators “malfunctioned”, ballot sizes were incorrect, paper wasn’t consistent, and so on. Please help us STOP this before it even gets started, talk to your legislator - NO BOD’s, thank you!

  

• The Board also discussed EXPANDED ABSENTEE VOTING for all elections. Everyone should know by now that absentee voting is a primary vector for fraud. We should be limiting absentee - NOT expanding.

At the end of the meeting Monae announced the ES&S certification for EVS 6.5.0.0 will take place January 21-23, 2026. They will be adopting 6.5.0.0 firmware to run on the outdated DS200’s, along with the 450 and 850. She also claimed they would be certifying 6.5.0.0. firmware to run on the DS300, 550, and 950 - which she claims are VVSG 2.0 compatible.

You may remember, President Trump ordered the EAC to certify all equipment to VVSG 2.0. Thus far, only Hart has a system certified to VVSG 2.0, and ES&S has NOTHING LISTED. So how is Monae able to claim the ES&S DS300, 550 and 950 are compliant with VVSG 2.0 when ES&S hasn’t even submitted a system for testing yet?

The BOE is NOT following Trump’s EO on elections, but the above listed plans will likely cost the counties large sums of money.

Today’s Cloudflare outage knocked the SOS website offline today and KNOWiNK’s Total Vote was out most of the morning.

As Liberty Vote consolidates an end to end electronic election system under one owner, our Republican led SOS office and Board of Elections marches in the wrong direction, and election officials unanimously chant “too much work”, “this will be easier”, “I can’t get volunteers”; our enormously successful HAND COUNT EXPO proves transparent, verifiable, hand counted elections are attainable and completely necessary in restoring public trust.

The EXPO put on by Rick Weible (USCASE.org) and Laura Scharr (GoldStandardElections.com), hosted by SDCanvassing, assisted by Jill Kauffman of Wyoming, was well attended both days, as citizens from Wyoming, Minnesota and all corners of South Dakota were certified in the Gold Standard method of hand counting paper ballots. It’s always so refreshing to spend time with such amazing patriots dedicated to restoring true constitutional elections by the People.

The Government Operations and Audit Committee requested an update from Monae Johnson back on May 8, 2025. The day before that meeting, we released this article, alerting everyone that the KNOWiNK contract listed a direct interface with our Total Vote system and ERIC.

It was during that meeting that Johnson said the quiet part out loud: “It does have the built-in capability to connect to ERIC.” Jessica, Rick and Leah’s explosive testimony during that hearing caused the committee to send a list of questions to Johnson to answer. Her comical answers can be found HERE. They are so bad we haven’t spent any effort on rebutting them, yet.

Since then, Johnson has dodged repeated requests by the committee for her to appear before them to answer questions. She was requested to appear on September 24th, but claimed to be out of town, along with Deputy Deadrick. However, we’ve been told she was not out of town, and GOAC was not pleased. She also chaired the Board of Elections meeting on September 25th, with Deadrick in attendance.

Annual Auditor training was scheduled in Pierre for Oct 27-29, however at last minute, Johnson’s office rescheduled the training for Oct 28-30th, potentially creating an intentional conflict with her requested appearance at GOAC. GOAC was notified the day before that she would not be attending.

On the morning of Oct 30th, the new SOS communications director, Madi Vetter, was filming cutsie videos of Monae outside the SOS Business Services offices and posted it on Facebook at the same time GOAC was addressing Johnson’s absence. As soon as we tagged GOAC members on that post, it was removed.

Minnehaha County Auditor Leah Anderson was also at Auditor training, but she had time to attend the GOAC meeting. Anderson also stated Monae had nothing scheduled at that training during that time, but could be found hiding in an empty room.

GOAC’s subpoena power was just restored during the 2025 legislative session, and they decided to use it to require Johnson to sit before the committee and answer direct questions regarding the KNOWiNK contract.

Since Monae has repeatedly demonstrated she cannot answer questions on election topics to save her life, and her encircling posse of henchmen protect and speak for her; the problem is now that the DHS/CISA/NASED/EI-ISAC propaganda spewing mouthpiece Rachel Soulek has been ousted as State Election Dictator, oops, Director. Rachel did all the talking and now no one is left but the bumbling Tom Deadrick or former Bpro employee Christine. Perhaps Soulek took the fall for posting the source of registration multiple times on public facing voter lists.

Madi Vetter took a swing and a miss, shooting back at our online “disinformation”, claiming E-poll pads ARE NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. How do the real time electronic voter check-in I-pads work then if they don’t connect to cellular data, ie: the internet, exactly?

One of the primary concerns of the original KNOWiNK contract, addressed in a lengthy complaint sent to many elected officials, including GOAC, was the connection to ERIC.

Since then, an amendment has been posted to the contract that is drastically different from the original. Where ERIC was previously listed as a federal interface, it’s been replaced with VIP 5.1 specification. What is VIP 5.1 specification?

VIP is the Voting Information Project, run by Democracy Works, another leftist NGO. VIP is funded by George Soros’ Pew Charitable Trusts, MacArthur and Tides Foundations, and Google. Democracy Works if funded by Democracy Fund, which leads to Pierre Omidyar (Ebay billionaire) who all had a significant role in the 2020 election heist.

A little further digging reveals a VIP Partner Award.

The amendment also still includes a Total Vote interface with ballot on demand printers and TABULATORS (not legal), an online voter registration module (not legal) and requires Microsoft Azure Government as the hosting platform, which has been found to be compromised by the Chinese, as confirmed by Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth.

A date has not been set for Johnson’s next appearance before GOAC, however the next meeting is November 13th. Rep. Marty Overweg stated he’d like Johnson at the next meeting. We will keep you updated.

Monae Johnson announced South Dakota will be hosting the National Association of Secretaries of State 2026 Conference.

The event will bring Secretaries of State, senior election officials, business service leaders, and policy experts from across the nation to the Mount Rushmore State for several days of collaboration, networking, and discussion on key issues affecting state governments.

So interesting that Monae apparently knows how to talk and address challenges at NASS conferences isn’t it?

How much is this going to cost us you ask? Well, of course we have that information. From the Secretary of State Fiscal Year 2026 Budget Brief Summary presented at Joint Approps:

The bill for SOS funding was brought to the Joint Appropriations committee, but no action was taken as the committee wasn’t voting b/c leadership hadn’t decided what their priorities were. It never did come back to committee as far as we know, so we assume those bills were approved en masse later, not during a public committee hearing. For future reference, if you are into watching our government, keep an eye on Joint Approps.

The summer 2026 NASS conference will be hosted in Rapid City. The Office credits the state’s securing of that bid to Secretary Johnson’s engagement with NASS, including attendance of its conferences.

Raising kids in today’s society is undoubtedly much more challenging than in any generation before us. It takes a real concerted and constant effort by parents to stay on top of things and limit trouble. One of the ways that parents may choose to do this is by periodically asking to see their child’s smartphone to monitor who they are communicating with and what topics and content they are engaging in. For those parents who choose this, imagine asking to see their child’s smartphone and being denied access? Would good parents brush that off or immediately ask themselves what are they trying to hide? For good parents this becomes a prove to me you are not trying to hide something??? Only one way the child can do that.

For anyone working to ensure transparency and trust in our government, it is real easy to list elections as the tip of the spear because without transparency and trust in our elections EVERY other topic as it relates to a properly functioning constitutional republic is suspect at best. Following is a list of just five of the most egregious events that have transpired right here in the state of South Dakota that can only leave you with one deduction. SOMEBODY (perhaps many) has SOMETHING to hide and they want it to stay that way!!!

Just like the optimist would tell the pessimist who lists numerous reasons why something won’t work “why did you take the time to list numerous reasons that won’t work? For most people if they found just one reason they wouldn’t go to the effort of finding more!” The first of the egregious events would in itself be enough to make anyone who truly wants to ensure transparency and trust in our elections stop and say this MUST BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY!!!

1). When the people asked for the release of the cast vote records (CVR’s) they were met with immediate excuses and opposition. The CVR’s are images of the ballots that contain no way of identifying the voter, but lets the public confirm that the votes were properly counted. Once it was obvious that the people’s only recourse was to file a lawsuit, the powers that be immediately used the taxpayer’s dollars against them to hire outside attorneys to fight the release of those CVR’s. When regulations obviously were put in place and the CVR’s were specifically designed to provide the people with transparency, why would the powers that be turn the taxpayers money against them if they had nothing to hide?

2) The people put forth the effort to circulate petitions and collect the signatures that were required by state statute in many counties across the state, to put it to a vote of the people whether or not we should continue to use the tabulators to count the votes in our elections. Again, attorneys were hired using taxpayer dollars, to stop the issue from being put on the ballot in almost every county where the people had put forth the effort required. A bill was even hoghoused immediately in the legislature in 2024 (House Bill 1140) that would have made it so the people could not collect signatures to petition our government going forward. That bill barely failed passage!

3). In the few counties that did allow the topic to go on the ballot for a vote of the people, the states attorney’s were less than honorable in explaining the topic to their constituents, so they could make an informed decision in their vote. The states attorneys are required to have their explanation be NEUTRAL.

Looks like the powers that be were not honest about what their counties currently were spending to use the tabulators to count the votes. Even the smallest of counties spend many thousands of dollars on the tabulators and service. Also, like the people who did not take the time to really under stand if a no vote meant getting rid of the tabulators or keeping the tabulators could have been tricked into voting the opposite of what they intended to.

4). Below are just a few examples of candidates who lost votes according to the downloads that were done every 5 minutes during the November 2022 general election. You will notice that the secretary of state herself lost 3,700 votes in 5 minutes. Why wouldn’t the secretary of state after taking office put forth any effort to figure out how and why such a thing would happen? How could anyone ever again trust the machines used to count and report the results of our elections?

5). Lastly, when a large group of thoughtful and committed citizens requested the invoices from the four counties in SD (Minnehaha, Pennington, Lincoln and Davison) who purchased laptops from Election Systems and Software (ES&S), they were able to assess that the laptops received after being paid for with the citizens tax dollars were not even certified by the EAC (Election Assistance Commission). Citizens in each of those counties submitted cease and desist letters, with a threat to file a lawsuit if those counties did not discontinue the use of the UNCERTIFIED laptops to their county officials. Again, those counties chose to use taxpayers dollars to hire outside attorneys to try and stop the enforcement of the regulations. The response from their attorney ended with a reminder that anyone filing a lawsuit could end up having to pay any and all court and lawyer costs for both sides of a lawsuit. What person or group of people would not take that as a letter of intimidation to try and get the people or group to abandon any further actions?

EVERYONE knows, without a shadow of a doubt, that if the majority of our citizens actually knew any one of these things have transpired, let alone all five of these things, they would not be in favor of continuing to have their taxpayer dollars to be sent to an out of state company who could even be given the opportunity to manipulate our most sacred right as citizens-THE RIGHT TO VOTE AND HAVE THE UTMOST CONFIDENCE THAT OUR ELECTIONS ARE TRANSPARENT AND TRUSTWORTHY.

Unfortunately, way too many have forgotten or were never around to experience hand counting in the precincts which ended in the early 2000’s! For those who have forgotten or never had the opportunity to experience this most important and gratifying of all civic duties that any citizen can participate in for a few hours commitment, I will share with you how it works.

Picture four citizens sitting at a small table. 1 Republican and 1 Democrat on each side of the table. Ballots are sorted into stacks of 25. On one side of the table are the CALLERS (1 Republican and 1 Democrat) in charge of telling the TALLIERS (1 Republican and 1 Democrat) who EACH have a tally sheet, what the ballot says as to how the voter voted. Each tallier tallies those votes on individual tally sheets. At the end of the 25 ballots the four people confirm that both tally sheets match before moving on to the next stack of 25 ballots. If they do not match they recount the previous stack of 25 till both tally sheets match. Once they have completed tallying all the votes for that race or ballot measure in that precinct all 4 citizens sign the tally sheets. Then the ballots are transported to the county auditors office, by no less than one republican and one democrat, and the auditor reports the results. In this way, the people who counted the ballots in each precinct are a form of checks and balances that the results were reported properly. The auditors office could not consider reporting inaccurate numbers for fear of the ballot counters in the precinct reporting their corruption.

Another benefit of this is that people can differentiate voter intent whereas electronic tabulators can not. What I mean by this is if a voter fills in an oval and then crosses it out because they didn’t mean to vote for that person or ballot measure and then fills in a different oval the machines will not even count that voters vote for that person or ballot measure. The X thru the filled in oval clearly means they did not intend to vote that way. People can differentiate voter intent that machines can not do.

Secondly, in order for there to be corruption as it relates to the counting of the votes, all four people counting the votes would have to agree to participate in the corruption. On the other hand the tabulators have to be reprogrammed for each and every election in each and every precinct. This is due to the fact that new ballots have to be printed and will never match a previous election due to new candidates and ballot measures every election. It would only take ONE out of state person to program the tabulators incorrectly for that whole city, county, state or federal election!

We have had a few legislators step up and fight for some election changes in our state. Once again all of us know that if the majority of the people knew the above information they would not be in favor to continue with business as usual. It is past time to end the games! Our founding fathers designed our constitutional republic in such a way that WE THE PEOPLE would and should be in control of our government. By far the best way is to ensure trust and transparency in our elections and hand counting in the precinct involves getting more people active in the process of their governance with far less chances of widespread corruption.

South Dakota’s motto is “Under God the People Rule!” That fits perfectly with what Jesus expects us to do as citizens. Our job is to “shed light on the darkness”. The more people who join us in shedding that light on the darkness, the quicker we can restore trust in our elections. Unfortunately, too many people do not realize how just a few people speaking out can effect real change. Please forward this document to your county commissioners and state representatives and senators.

NEVER DOUBT THAT A SMALL GROUP OF THOUGHTFUL AND COMMITTED CITIZENS CAN CHANGE THE WORLD!

INDEED IT IS THE ONLY THING THAT EVER HAS!!!
