A Reckoning is Coming…
Tuesday! Tuesday primary day has come and gone. It was a force. There was certainly a storm that blew through and took out the first round of trash. It produced an onslaught of new state legislators who seem to “get it” that we the people have had enough. At least they campaigned on seeming to get it. So, to start off the day, what’s an election without some BPRO/TOTAL VOTE chaos… wonder if the incumbents who were sent packing and many of whom could have cared less to talk with one of us “election deniers” care about honest and transparent elections NOW?
In typical fashion during the lead up to Tuesday’s election, just like the Democrats, the Republican establishment scolded and moaned about being civil and keeping campaigns clean, and as expected, it’s rules for thee but not for me. The disgusting smear attempts we saw from them against our slate of candidates were beyond hypocritical. Liars are going to lie. Anything to maintain power. It is a page, maybe more like a chapter, from their playbook.
We saw incredible citizen engagement in calling out the absolute proof that South Dakota has been sold out by those legislators who supported SB 201. They all reaped the benefits of PAC money and mailer support from entities involved in the pipeline business. Here in Lawrence County, State Representative Mary Fitzgerald (also the SD GOP Vice Chair) had just over 1% of her campaign donations come from local citizens. The REST came from out of state contributors, big $ PACs and of course from South Dakota embarrassment Congressman Dusty Johnson. This scenario was a common occurrence for establishment country club Republicans statewide. It was CLEAR to see who is bought and paid for and citizens did a great job digging in and exposing them. This post about newly elected Senator Taffy Howard perfectly sums up what we dealt with statewide:
A local news station reported on the ridiculous amount of money being tossed around the state, as well.
PACs heavily favor one bloc of legislative candidates (keloland.com)
From the article...
"The contributions from PACS this spring showed a distinct pattern in nearly all cases of supporting one bloc of candidates substantially more than the other. Most of the money from long-established PACs flowed to Republican candidates, both incumbents and challengers alike, who have shown or expressed support for allowing CO2 pipelines and who aren’t making a priority of calling for sweeping changes to election laws. That group gave legislative candidates more than $600,000."
Interesting correlation? Nope...Not by those of us who know and understand what is happening with stolen elections.
With the successes we saw at the grassroots level this election, Jessica summed it up perfectly in a Fakebook post stating that…”it is safe to say that the global elite were shown what happens when you show up in South Dakota to steal our land. What we've learned: It's gotta get really, really personal. What's more personal than globalist corporations attempting to steal your livelihood and property?” 4 minutes well worth your time…
A Political Earthquake in South Dakota Primary - LANDOWNERS REBELLION (rumble.com)
We’ve been working on our hand counting petitions since roughly February timeframe. Our whole grassroots team is so proud to be a part of this movement to bring this to a vote. Three counties were successful in that endeavor, Tripp, Gregory and Haakon.
While it failed (this time!), this is what it is all about. The people are rising up. It is about the people taking control back. It is about giving the people the opportunity to choose. Sadly, they were faced with absolute lies about the costs, how difficult it would be to get volunteers and how long it would take. The funny thing about this is that it took FOREVER for election results to come in this past Tuesday due to machine and reconciliation issues statewide. We would have been finished hand counting in a couple of hours, well before the 10pm time here in Lawrence County and 2am time, the next day, that it took in Meade County. These three counties who had a vote also had to deal with elected officials muddying the waters and electioneering on the ballot question. We had one county, Fall River, that had agreed to hand count this election and while that happened, there are also reports that the auditor there made the process VERY difficult...we’d argue on purpose!
Prediction! At some point, those who continue to praise machines and those who voted not to bring in hand counting will hugely regret their decision. The truth of the matter is still being hidden, blocked, censored, etc. It is going to take continued pressure and continued conversation to shake people from their comfortable slumber over this issue. If you are in a county still fighting for this vote via lawfare...keep going. If you are a county still collecting signatures...keep going. If you are a county still getting organized...keep going, you are on the right side of history and the TRUTH will be told.
Election day also saw a couple of absentee ballot challenges. For Lawrence County, Nichole Braithwait spent 8 hours with the absentee board to challenge 54 absentee ballots from the South Dakota Residency Center mail forwarding company located in Spearfish. Not unexpectedly, all of her challenges were unsuccessful. She had submitted a Public Records Request for those voters’ original voter registration forms to determine if any of them are perjured. The auditor’s office did not review this documentation during the challenge of these ballots. A previous records request of nearly 600 voter registration forms from this residency center, produced a 98% perjury rate on the registrations as related to residency requirements. Houston…we have a problem…and nobody seems to care.
While there, she also overheard an incredibly irate voter who was given a Democrat ballot. At some point over the past two years, his voter registration was changed from being a lifelong Republican, he said, to a Democrat. He wore a Veterans cap. He was pretty upset. Similar stories across the state surfaced throughout the day on this same issue with incorrect voter registrations. Good job to the DMV for your role in this mess (insert eye roll). Further we provided updates throughout the day that there was also VERY LOW voter turnout, at just over 17% statewide. Additionally, reports of a lot of BLANK Democrat ballots. It certainly was not smooth sailing that day and this tidbit that came in was other level ridiculousness…
The second challenge of absentee ballots that day was WAY more successful. Jessica Pollema, ladies and gentlemen! She rolled into Minnehaha county and absolutely schooled the folks there.

Absentee ballots challenged in Minnehaha County (thedakotascout.com)
Hundreds of absentee ballots cast ahead of Tuesday’s South Dakota primary election are under review in Minnehaha County.
Precinct boards at two polling places in Sioux Falls have received formal challenges to absentee ballots submitted to the county election office and registered in their jurisdictions on grounds those voters are not South Dakota residents.
Election integrity activist Jessica Pollema filed the challenges at precinct 5-16, which has a polling place at the downtown Sioux Falls public library, and at precinct 4-16, which uses Word of Life Pentecostal Church as its polling place. Within those precinct are hundreds of registered voters with addresses associated with mail forwarding companies like Dakota Post and Your Best Address, which assist RVers and nomadic Americans establish residency in places like South Dakota.

Rejected ballots test 30-day residency requirement (thedakotascout.com)
Dozens of absentee ballots cast in Minnehaha County were not counted in Tuesday’s primary vote, shining a spotlight on a year-old law aimed at keeping nomadic Americans from participating in South Dakota elections.
Election precinct boards in Minnehaha County were split this week on whether absentee ballots associated with mail forwarding services should have been counted during South Dakota’s primary election, and lawmakers are equally perplexed on how to ensure South Dakotans get to vote while ensuring election integrity.
“Everybody agrees that the overnight voters are a very serious potential problem,” Rep. Kevin Jensen told The Dakota Scout Wednesday as county election officials and the State Attorney’s Office in Minnehaha County grappled with the fallout of 132 absentee ballots being rejected during the June 4 election.
The action was spurred by election integrity activist Jessica Pollema, who challenged the eligibility of voters to participate in the election on the grounds that those individuals did not provide a physical address at the time they registered to vote.”
More to follow on ALL of THAT!
The WINs are starting to SHOW UP and just a few to cover here before you go about your business that you need to know about!
The SD GOP State Convention occurred 6-8 June and BOY did patriots represent!
Via SD Canvassing on social media:
AND THE WINS KEEP COMING!!! A resolution opposing voter manipulation schemes brought by grassroots patriots at the SDGOP convention passed on the floor this afternoon - despite being rejected in committee twice by the RINOS! Nothing can stop what's coming! South Dakota is on FIRE
**** FULLY AUDITABLE
****ANTI-COUNTERFEIT BALLOT PRINTING
****DO NOT REQUIRE MACHINES
****TRANSPARENT HAND COUNT PROCEDURES
****ELIMINATE VOTING CENTERS
****OPPOSE EXPANDED ABSENTEE VOTING
One of the best parts of the Resolution:
WHEREAS: The grassroots activists of the Republican Party have made it abundantly clear that electronic election procedures are not to be trusted, including further complications of modern systems that complicate, belabor, and slow down our election process.
We also had a WIN is seeing LOWER numbers of mail in absentee balloting:
And finally, word that we now know of at least two commissioners that could not in good faith certify the electronic elections. There will be more. Confidence is building.
The tides are turning.
A RECKONING IS COMING IN SOUTH DAKOTA (rumble.com)
A RECKONING IS COMING IN SOUTH DAKOTA. CAN YOU FEEL IT?
Great Article! Yes, it is so apparent by comments made from the incumbent losers that they got caught with their pants down! The days of them getting away with their little covert games is now OVER! I have to laugh at how they either claim "plausible deniability" or victimhood when they are challenged and know they got caught. Our infamous leader Mr. Wiik being one of them!
Nichole,
THANK YOU for your powerful and heart-flt comments at the SoS FAUX Elections Board meeting. If anyone wants to see a portrayal of what your military job entailed, they should watch the opening scenes of the movie, "Taking Chance".
I was assigned to report to Bien Hoa Air Base to identify a buddy who'd been KIA, Once was enough, but I had to do it again. While there I saw how those teams took solemn care of 'their' soldiers.
This Viet Nam veteran salutes you and your husband for picking up the Torch of Freedom from my generation and holding it high. It appears that you were not relieved of your Oath either.
BRAVO ZULU!
